My warranty wasn’t honored. They kept ignoring my request they sent out two techs Oliver Castro and his partner Joseph from the Santa Lucia service center they stated the LCD panel is defective per their findings. The tv is less than two years old and a defective lcd panel should fall under warranty. They still refuse fix or replace it. All they do is blame me and or other circumstances and not reply. Horrible customer service after this experience I will never purchase another TCL product ever stick to Samsung or Sony.
My warranty wasn’t honored. They kept saying the Tv had physical damage. The screen was cracked. There is no crack. My screen had a discoloration. By three time their tech guy arrived the discoloration turned black And i have black lines all over my screen. They will not fix or replace it. All they do is blame me and say i cracked the screen. There is no crack at all. Horrible customer service. Will not give me corporate contact information.
Most horrible customer service ever. My tv is still under the warranty period. They wouldnt call me back, refused to check my tv problem. I kept calling the customer service and got no response from their end. I spent so much money buying this tv and they gave me such a hard time. I will personally recommend not to buy this brand, and God forbids if something happens you will never receive a service.
DOES ANYONE have an email ID for a senior person in TCL?
The company seems to hide beyond phone calls, which dont get adequately responded to by not so well trained execs. and then you end up repeating your own sob story of a problem many times over with ZERO resolution.
I really would like the CEO of the company to know the problems his products and brand are having
I’m a TCL customer in Pakistan. Very disappointed to experience the worst customer care service ever. Being principal, I wonder if you care about it and just go through the comments/reviews on Pakistan TCL facebook in this regard. Totally pissed off if product have any issue. Please attend it. They dont attend phone and dont attend email.
I am going to assume you are not the right person to send this to but perhaps you can tell me who in TCL I should send it to. I have a television I purchased in June at Costco. It broke on September 22. On September 27th the service man came to fix it. He installed 2 parts, turned it on to see power and left. Saturday when I went to hang the unit the power came on but the screen froze not allowing me to set it up. I called back and on September 29th and was told that a new set would be sent to me. They told me someone would contact me early that week with more information. No one called. On Thursday, October 4th I called. At that time I was told that a new unit was being shipped and I would receive it in 7 to 10 business days. The following week on Tuesday, October 9 I was told by the local service repair company ITI that they should receive it Wednesday, test it on Thursday, and would deliver it Friday. On Thursday they called back to tell me they had an issue receiving it and should now get it Friday and they would deliver it on Monday, October 15th between 5 and 7PM. Monday at 6:45 I received a call and they told me that they had not gotten the tv and due to a mistake on TCL’s part it was shipped back! On Tuesday I called your customer service number. The girl said she would investigate and call me back. At 3:13 she called me back and told me that it would be delivered on Wednesday, October 17th between 6 and 7 PM. It did not come. I called Costco’s concierge service and together we called your customer service. The girl said the TV was scheduled to be delivered on Friday, October 19th! She said iy must have been a mistake on the other girls part. Today is Friday. I have just received word that not only is it not coming today but it will be next week, the 23rd or the 24th of October! I was given the Fed Express tracking number. The unit was not sent out till yesterday! hat I don’t understand that since TCL made all these mistakes and lied to me about them why didn’t they send it overnight? Why keep on inconveniencing me? When I called today the manager refused to give a person above him or an e-mail to address my concerns to. What kind of company is TCL? As I stated earlier you may not be the right person but perhaps you can give me an email address to send this to? Thank you.
My mobile hotspot is connected to TCL Smart TV, which is how I am running youtube on the Smart TV. However, if I want to connect the T-Cast from my mobile to the TV, its giving a QR Code to be scanned and download T-Cast, which I did. But my phone says it cannot recognize TV. Please help
