Starz is a premium US cable channel and video subscription service that was founded as Encore Media Group in 1991. Operating as a subsidiary of Lionsgate, the broadcasting and cable TV channel operates from its headquarters at Meridian, Colorado. I have paid for the subscription for many years through Spectrum but within this past year and a half the picture is too small the size of a postage stamp tried many times to fix the picture size but won’t stay or can’t adjust it. Then there are times the picture goes black but the voice keeps playing! I tried calling the help number but get no one to answer! Getting frustrated! If it wasn’t for my husband’s love for the westerns I cancel it completely.
I enjoyed watching The Big Valley. Please bring it back. I really enjoyed the afternoon slot. Best western series on tv. We also enjoy the Virginian series too.
I picked up Starz for 6 months. I am not able to stream in on my Smart V. I have the app for Hulu & Amazon but no Starz or Showtime. I am stuck paying for the 6 months and can not watch on my TV. Does anyone know how to do this?
I have been trying to call customer service for a month now I’m paying for Starz but when I enter a movie and it starts playing the movie freezes but the talking keeps going can someone please return my call so my issue can be fixed I left my call back number several times but to no avail desperately need to watch my movies and would like to be reimbursed for September payment thanking in advance
I have tried to call, told the wait time is 8 mins. That was 4 days ago. Tried the help email, sent to a link, pay $5.00. I need to update my payment info. The bill is due on October 5th. I would like to keep Starz, but if I cannot update the info, my subscription will be canceled.
I have had Starz for about a year. We have started watching several series that we really liked but then the episodes freezes. We were watching Spanish Princess tonight. One episode ran perfect then the next one would not. I tried 3 times. If this problem is not fixed I am going to cancel Starz.
