I love your hot dogs and chili sauce but it’s never available anymore, WHY. Fall River, Ma. Eastern Ave Store. I even wrote a Letter To The Editor Of our local news paper depicting this great item as the best hot dog in Fall River, Ma. They even have it posted on the wall framed, but no longer available.
I visited the state on highway 40 in Knightstown, IN today. It was embarrassing and totally the cashier’s fault! I walked in and asked about getting a whole pizza and was told their air conditioning was down so they were instructed not to sell hot food until that issue was resolved. No big deal so I had her a winning lottery ticket for $10. I then told her to put that on pump 5. So I would owe her $0 at this point. I then asked for 2, $3 lottery tickets. Never asking for my speedway card says I owe her $16!! I said ma’am that’s not correct you didn’t give me the $10 from the lottery ticket so I should only owe you $6. Then another cashier comes out and tried to tell me that the cashier is correct so I had her a $20 dollar bill and she pulled $4 out of the register but never gave it to me! I said ma’am you owe me $14 dollars. The other cashier again chimes in saying “so she just expects you to be $10 short on your register”! I said I’m not trying to cause any problems I just want what I’m rightfully owed! I was then handed a $10 bill and told “that’s all I was getting”! I just couldn’t believe that either of them were treating me as if I was screwing them over when if fact I left there with $4 less than I should have!! This was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!Sickening I was so embarrassed by how they behaved I truly couldn’t believe that either of them thought it was appropriate in any way! I was ashamed for them!
Seems like all stations can’t keep their coffee area clean. I know customers will leave a mess but there should be someone in charge of the area and check it at least every hour. Most employees are very nice.
I was just in the Fortville IN speedway and saw the most offensive outburst and prolonged behavior from a manager who wasn’t even working. She stormed in, charged behind the counter cussing everybody out and began scribbling out a particular day i guess she didn’t want to work screaming its not her f ing job and she doesn’t give a F. Then a coupon she was trying to buy something with didnt work and she threw all her Gatorade bottles back towards the coolers nearly hitting a child and stormed out. I go to this station all the time and this sure isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this. I don’t understand why they continue to allow this
I would like to file a complaint for Speedway #1152 264 west high ave. New Philadelphia Ohio n.w.44663 Manager Madison . On the evening of Tuesday august 18th 2020 I went to this speedway. I actually go here almost daily buying snacks, drinks, fuel, and tobacco products. I enjoy all of the employees and never have any issues. On august 18th the manager was training a new employee. I realized I left my wallet at work and didn’t not have my I.d on me. The manager wouldn’t let me buy my tobacco product. I understand so I told her to cancel and whole order . She yelled at me saying he’s a new employee. I said I don’t care cancel my order. As I left she screamed at me not to come back. I understand why she would not sell me the tobacco product. However the way I was talked to and treated and told never to come back was completely out of line and horrible customer service especially for a regular customer.
I have worked with the public for over 15 years and have never spoken to a customer that way. I would like some kind of resolution for this incident so I can go back to the speedway I enjoy going to.
Thank you
Betty Helena
My family and I spend a thousands of dollars a year at the speedway at 2012 Route 112 in Medford NY. Everyday there’s problems with broken pumps or no gas. At night the convenience store inside either charges me more money for cigarettes than the day time or they can’t give me back coin change. I think I’m done with that gas station.
Stopped at Speedway at exit 122 in Michigan filled up my tank and went inside to use the bath room and buy a coke. Both bathrooms had signs and a yellow tape across the door saying out of order. How can both be out of order yet the station be open to the public. The girl behind the counter did not have a mask on yet that is a mandate in Michigan. I ask her no mask her response was nope!
I wear a mask so I don’t spread my germs I would hope your stores would insist their help wear them like the mandate requires.
My name is Stacia Ballard and my complaint is at the Speedway Gas Station at 8333 North Saginaw Rd, Mt. Morris, Mi. I sent a complaint the 21 of March and I thought the problem was taken care of but it sure hasn’t been. It was fine for 4 days and now is back just like it has been. My husband and I have a gas card, have had it for at least 4 years. Our reason for getting it was so once we pumped our gas we could just get the receipt outside, did not have to go inside, very convenient. Well it was nice for 4 days and now it is back to having to go inside. Is very very discouraging. Will just take our business elsewhere, we really enjoyed coming to Speedway for the past 10 years but no more.
