Totally impossible to speak to anyone. I have tried to place an order numerous times but am unable to because I needed to change my debit card details and there is no way of doing that when ordering online.
Phones permanently on answerphone and any message left are not replied to so impossible for me to order.
No one ever picks up the phone when trying to call the customer service phone number, doesn’t matter the time during the day or which day, or which option you select, everytime it just goes to voicemail. I honestly believe you don’t have anyone picking up phones anymore.
As for email inquiries, they take forever and the auto message is always you are experiencing higher than normal volumes, like, really? Then by the time you respond, the resolution is that you apologize that you can’t do anything.
Is this really acceptable as your level of customer service?
And because it’s been impossible to reach you while I was trying to place an order, you lost a lot of business from one person, but then again I’m probably not the only one in this so who knows how much business you’ve lost.
I wished to speak with someone in customer care regarding a recent experience I had in your Dublin branch. I tried to phoning but despite your phone advising a 2minute wait – I was left waiting over 13 minutes.
I have had several good experiences in the shop, however I explained after purchasing another couple of products to a lovely assistant that one of the products Terry light brush make up that the brush kept coming off. She suggested I bring it in the next time I was in Dublin and they’d look at it. This I did and a young assistant looked and immediately got a replacement – I explained that I wished to purchase something else and would look and come back to her. On looking around, this ‘lady’ approaches and states that there is nothing wrong with it and that it half used. I explained that this was not the case, that I have previously had the same product without it ‘jamming’ and ‘coming off’ when you pump.
She actually embarrassed me as if I was only looking for a replacement new product – and this I do not think is acceptable. I tried to explain that this was not the case and yet she continued to talk over me – at which time I said to leave it. She told me she was the Manager.
I would appreciate your response and opinion as to whether this is the customer service level that your company accept.
