I purchased an STD Aspire 3.0 pillow for $149.99 on April 12, 2016 from your Ozone Park, NY store. One of the seams has now burst. Your telephone rep told me that you won’t offer any compensation, and referred me to Bed Gear. They said the pillow only has a 1 year warranty, and offered nothing, too. I have much less expensive pillows which have lasted far longer. If you wish to retain me as a customer, please offer some form of restitution. Thank you.
