Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought a new GIO watch from shopper stop in logic city center Noida on 10-Sept-2017. This was in the fresh stock . This watch stopped working in next few days. I am very surprised that the fresh stock branded watches are of these quality.
This was so embarrassing that I cannot explain. I feel we are cheated by the Store and Gio watches
I had booked a product at Rs. 1348 on 6th Nov and the same is paid through Credit Card. The delivery date was 2 to 3 days.
I did not receive the delivery and so i wrote to them on 11th Nov.
On 14th Nov, i receive a mail stating that the order is cancelled.
Cancellation reason being – Out of stock (did not understand why the order was excepted when it was out of stock)
The same day i receive another mail stating ” Your account has now been refunded in the amount of Rs. 1348″.
The amount did not get credited to my account and i wrote back enquiring about refund for which I don’t receive any response.
I then called the helpline and was told that they have not received any mail and then a complaint is logged (00481085- 20th Nov).
Till 9th Dec is do not get any refund/call. When i called them back and they say that they are still working on the complaint.
I keep calling them to check the status but every time i would be informed that they are working on it.
Even after registering the complaint i have not received a single call from them since 13th Nov till date.
I have written at least 5 emails and today i was told that they have not received any mail from our end and that the amount has been refunded.
Have shared the credit card statement today with them
I ordered Carlton bag (Order no 12101968 ) and unfortunately the bag size was not appropriate so i requested for refund and the courier person had already collected bag from me
I received message stating to provide bank detail to process refund against my order no 12101968 but unfortunately i do not receive any email from your side and this is what my complaint is that i receive message stating that the link is send to your email but i never receive an email.
I do not understand why you are not able to solve this issue its not the 1st time, 3rd time or 5th time, Every time the same story is being repeated.I do not understand whether you are interested to pay my money back or not.

It is past 12 days that I ordered a product online. Getting no satisfactory response from the call center. My order no. is 00254242.
Pathetic online service
I purchased a TOMMY HILFIGER wrist watch worth Rs.8, 397 on 9th January 2016 from SHOPPERS STOP – CC1 Kolkata. From the very next week I started to use the watch and noticed that the timing of the watch was running behind scheduled time. On 30th January 2016, I have physically reported this problem to Shoppers Stop. I’m really thwarted to see the quality of products Shopper’s Stop has in their showrooms. I have clarified to Shoppers Stop manager (Trideep) that, either I want a replacement or refund of the whole amount, as the watch is only 21 days old & started malfunctioning within such short period of time which creates a bad impression on products and retailers. He assured me that I will get the best of the support from Shopper’s stop and asked for a time of 15 days to investigate the reason behind the malfunctioning of the watch and would help me to get the refund. On the 16th day I went to Shoppers Stop outlet and found that the watch is still kept in service center and they have not taken it forward. I got a call on the 19th day to collect the repaired watch which was completely out of my expectation. I went to Shoppers Stop on the same day and spoke to the same concerned person (Trideep) that I am not going to take the defective watch and want refund or replacement as promised by him on the last meeting. He responded that he is not authorized to give refund or replacement being a manager and advised that decision on Refund/Replacement is the sole discretion of Tommy Hilfiger (Watch’s manufacturer). He refused to help further, apart from repairing the defected watch. This time his words were not supportive and promising relating to his last assuring statement. He was simply trying to get over the issue and hand over the repaired piece.
I’ll surely not accept the repaired watch after burning my shoe soles on this matter. So far so forth it’s not very unrealistic to declare as a statement that the wrist watch quality for Tommy Hilfiger as a brand has definitely been degraded their quality progressively.
I’m not at all contented with Shoppers Stop’s products & services. I feel like I’ve been cheated and purchased a defective product. If being such a renowned retailer, SHOPPERS STOP cannot help their customers in these situations, its shame for brand like SHOPPERS STOP and I feel pity on me for preferring, selecting and trusting SHOPPERS STOP as one of my shopping hub, rather a reliable one.
Apart from this I have mail the concern to customer care and put a note to facebook page but none of these two responded on issue.
Lets see weather they are responding on this or not……..
I Just bought a Philips Saeco Peomia coffee machine from Shoppers Stop,. The manual provided was not in English so I got online to check and discovered that the machine I bought for Rs 14,000 was only Rs 9799/- online. I can understand a difference of a few hundred rupees. But a difference of 4000 or more is surely highway robbery. I really feel cheated! I will never shop here again unless I am reimbursed!

and recently we have bought 3 PCS Men suit Van Heusen on 24 Jan from Noida TGIP store and for fitting it was sent to tailor section and promised to be delivered on or before 26 Jan’16 but to our surprise its still not delivered. i am been calling your store day n eve but nobody is responding. they ask us to call back later or hold or will get back to you. we have bought the suit for marriage function which is on 5 Feb. And need it urgently since we are traveling out of station.
Kindly look into it and get the stuff delivered asap.
Hi Team,
This is to bring into your notice, with the highest priority, about the torturous customer experience we faced at MGF Gurgaon Mall outlet at Shopper Stop.
We had purchased a Casio Ladies watch on 19th September 2015, which we realized had a minor glass defect (apparent scratch-like pattern) and thus came back with the product on 24th September 2015.
We had complained about the issue to the customer care representative at the MGF outlet of SS, they handed over our case to Retail Manager, Ms. Rachna Gupta.
Ms. Rachna was unbearably insolent towards us, and completely refused to address our issue.
Later, on our pleading request she somehow agreed to send our watch to Casio for further intervention.
Now this is what happened next:
1) We submitted the watch and were given a 35 day return assurance.
2) On 1st October i received a call from Casio that the upper part of the watch would be completely replaced if we’d pay rupees 500 extra.
3) Highly perturbed by Ms Rachna’s denial of service and ruder behavior, we agreed for the payment of extra 500 rupees.
4) On 1st October itself the Casio respondent replied that he will deliver the watch within 15 days, starting 1st October 2015.
5) Ever since our approval of getting the watch fixed(which ideally should’ve been on the expenditure of SS), till date Customer care at MGF outlet of SS did not even care to take any follow-ups
6) It has been 20 days since and still our request has not been taken care of.
7) Finally today(19th October 2015) we called the Customer Care again, only to get a response that the watch will take additional 10 days to get fixed as no follow up was taken by them.
8) Highly infuriated by the negligence of Ms Rachna and her support Staff we simply requested the watch to be delivered back to us without any fix.
Not only did Ms. Rachna not pay any heed to the problem we have gone through, but also she has mentally tortured us by giving a lecture on, “how to be a good customer”.
More gruesome was the fact that she threatened us to disconnect the call as she could’t bear the dis-pleasure of a customer.
9) She further added that it has not been 35 days that i should complain about this issue!
We are highly infuriated by her unprofessional behavior and rude antics for the end customer.
I don’t know what else to expect from this store at MGF while people like Ms Rachna continue to bully end customers.
Conclusively,
it was just 1 day that the watch was worn and upon the careful glance of identifying the issue and submitting the same to MGF outlet SS, we were shown no trust of a good customer-centric approach;
the ordeal of 26 days still continues when no one is interested in resolving our issue, instead being lectured that we need to wait for 35 days!
At this point, i have lost all faith in Shopper Stop by the treatment we’ve received.
It was just a matter of 500 bucks but i have been coming back and forth from all the way to Gurgaon from Delhi and calling up the team innumerable times.
Looking for a fair-decision maker at SS (if there exists any)

I am totally dissatisfied with the store workers. I got a stuff frome shipra mall which was not the one I chose. So as I went to a nearby shopper stop store Gaur central mall Ghaziabad. But there they totally refused to change saying size difference. So what is the use of policy where you say u can exchange u r products at any shopper stop.Totally embarrassing situation.
I wont visit Shoppers Stop again. Every time I do my shopping and go to the payment counter, am coaxed by marketing people and firms that have tie up, selling their credit cards. I am threatened to be a member. It is unfair. I shop for my money. Why this dirty business? I can go to court, for same.
