Shopko on line customer service is absolutely horrible. The email address can’t be found, the 800 numbers can’t be completed & the chat room is for computer customers only. So frustrating I wanted to throw my phone out the window. Shame on you Shopko.
I purchased (5) NorthCrest XL Folding Quad Chairs from the Syracuse, In location when it was going out of business. (2) of the chairs had tears after several uses and the store would not return them for replacements even though I still have the receipts. How can I get replacements? Can they be sent to me if I provide a mailing address?
