Earlier today I was in the sephora location at the town center location in Kennesaw ga. As I was in line to check out for my the things I set one of my items down the champagne pop because I decided to not purchase it. I continued in line and as I got to the register I was in the process of checking out for my items when one of the girls on the floor approached me ,& asked me if I wasn’t going to buy the champagne pop I told her no that I had decided not to. She then proceeded to ask me where I put the item and I told her that I set it in the little shelves where you were waiting pulled me out of line and made me show her where I had sat it down to prove that I hadn’t stolen it. I have never felt so disrespected,& humiliated in my entire life! I went back ,& told them that I would no longer be purchases the $80 purchase I was in the processes of paying for and left. I was so upset I returned to the store and asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. She asked who had done this and said she would handle it,& I then told her I would like to just go ahead and purchase the items I had originally had. She found them for me and got me checked out ,& that was all. I have shopped with sephora and always highly praised the company,& now I know longer feel comfortable shopping there anymore. I am 27 years old ,& I have spent a lot of money on products your company sells. I am outraged today by how I was treated,& no longer feel comfortable shopping with this company anymore. I am truly offended ,& hurt. If these are the kind of employees that represent your business maybe you should rethink who are the faces of your company. -Sincerly a very disappointed and once very loyal costumer.
