I bought Toshiba 573L SBS Inverter fridge at Seng Heng Bandar Puteri, Puchong outlet dated on 12th August 2021. On the first day the item arrived, the unit already had loud sound from the fridge motor. Complain made to the person that I dealt with when I purchased the item from Seng Heng. I wanted to return it back and have a new one. It seems that the return warranty was 7 days after purchase. Spoken to the person and he told me to wait for few more days. And today 24th February my fridge totally stopped working. Toshiba mechanic came and checked, he found out that the bracket at the fridge fan got dented…that caused the fan to stop. He said this could have happened during delivery, the handler never handled with care till the bracket at the fan dented.
I have bought a skyworth TV from senheng Setia indah Jb with 5 years warranty. Less than a year the TV broken. Boot up and hang. I have sent the TV back to the shop for repair in the beginning of May 2020, but still haven’t get back the unit even after 2 months. Everytime call up and ask for status, the reply always is waiting for parts. I asked for replacement unit, but the reply from them is unless the repair cost is very high, then I will only get voucher in returned to buy replacement. Today their status update is a bit special. The replacement part is broken, and they have to order another time. Each replacement takes 3 to 4 weeks to reach. It’s really ridiculous that I bought a TV and the TV spend most of the time in repair. Is this why you sell the extended warranty?The person in charge in Setia indah branch even give me more unbelievable statements. Said “electrical appliances Now a days cannot stay long”, “Now a days people seldom watch TV “. I am not sure how long you can continue to survive with this Kind of post sales service.
I had purchased one Panasonic DC Pump Water Heater PSN-DH3NDP1 at Senheng Selayang branch on last year 18 July 2019. But the water heater was broken in this year March 2020. And I had lodge the report at Senheng Selayang branch three times before the MCO start. The 1st report was lodge on 1st March 2020 (the service order copy attached). And I also lodge the report again (4th times) to Senheng Selayang branch on 26th May 2020 after MCO.
On 30 May 2020 I had call to Senheng Selayang branch at 011-1088 2524 to tell my problem to the staff Ms. Vivian. And she promise will follow up my case.
On 9 Jun 2020 I had call to Senheng Head Office at 03-9281 4040 to tell my problem to Senheng Customer Service. And the operator said my contact no. was wrong key in by Senheng Selayang branch and promise will follow up my case.
However I didnโt receive any call from Senheng or Panasonic technician until now after I lodge so many reports and calls to Senheng. I felt very angry and disappointed with the service that provided by Senheng after sales. Empty promise and didnโt response for my complaint.
Over the span of 6 months, I have made three purchases from the Senheng in Cheras and this is I experience:
1) Senheng app is spamming my phone with unsolicited notifications
2) official e-receipt are not processed on the spot (need to debate with sales to get it done)
3) plus one and extended warranty are not being uploaded after more than five months ( I think I need to debate again)
4) on a recent purchase “free gift” (promate powerbank) are defective and sales (and branch manager) said it is like that and they cannot do any exchange for other brand even if customer offer to pay for it???
Hi Senheng, I bought a Philips’ boiler (HD9350/92) from your Pandan Jaya branch at the date of 7 November 2019. I would like to make a complain on your salesman.
The salesman has misrepresentated the facts of the product and let me made a wrong decision to buy the product that I’m not initially looking for. Please take a note that I did asked the specific question to my particular concern and your salesman gave me a different answer before and after the sales. He also REJECTED my request for refund. I felt like I’m being CHEATED.
When I called to the branch, the person who picked up my call and after knowing I want to make a complain, she answered me in a very unpleasant way. I felt so uncomfortable with her manner.
I hope Senheng can give me an explaination on these matters.
Your inefficient service makes me sick & i feel cheated by the empty promises made by your sales team.
My 65โ Sharp tv gotta black out & still under warranty period. I made a report on 22/10/19, the sales person at banting branch told my report only will be attend within 3-4 days.
Im disappointed with your salesmanโs response & why should i wait for 3-days? Why asked me to add(Pay) extra warranty period if you cant deliver as promised? When your sales person asking me to pay for extra Warranty period didnโt mention about this lousy processes. Sales person said immediately will attend complaints & will be replace with 1 to 1 terms.
Is it wrong for a customer looking for an immediate service response after sales/ within the warranty period?
Therefore, i am demanding an immediate response & action from your technical side to resolve this issues within 24 hours or i have to bring this matter for next level to resolve it via legal process.

I purchased Huawei P10 plus only after pursued by SenHeng sales person. Even he made me to buy additional warranty up to 4 years. Unfortunately, after one year under Sen Heng extended warranty my phone can not receive calls. When asked for the support from same sales person he denied and told that HQ is not co-operative during warranty support. After I chased continuously 3 months they send for further repairs. After 3 weeks received same issue. Sen Heng internal support person just upgrade software and not send to Huawei Service Centre. They also refused to tell what was the problem and what they repaired. I checked with Huawei service centre, normally they provide service report and explain to customer about findings.
1. Sen Heng seems cheating customer in name of additional insurance and warranty.
2. Not good support if customer visit to them with complaints.
3. There is no one accountable from Sen Heng to take responsibility and committment to customer.
4. STOP Promoting and wrong guiding to customer in name of Insurance.
5. Prices are higher as compared to other Electrical Appliances stores.
6. Not sharing any info of head office or contact person details.
Kindly justify and help me to resolve issue.
Good morning, SenHeng. I bought a iPhone XR 128GB from online on April 06, n the installment plan was 6months. Already full payment for your side. But I dint receive the phone after 1month I made the payment, after that I call to center n they said temporary out of stocks on this time, n will full refund to me.Wth?? After one month only said like that without any notice? Even one email or SMS. Really bad service. Now about 2month already past, but not anyone tell how to refund the money, my installment already deduct for 2month! Really disappointed for the service
My sister bought a 49″ SONY color TV for my mother and sister just before Chinese New Year. The TV was then delivered 1 day after the receipt date. Later my nephew noticed that there was a white spot on the screen and my sister immediately called for technical support. The TV was brought back to the shop. As the TV was just bought, we request a new replacement but was rejected as per the sale person, it was already more than 1 week and they could only repair for us. We are not happy as a) this 7 days TC was not told when my sister purchased the set b) if base on the delivered date, it was within 7 days. My sister when back to the shop and complaint but the sale person said they are going to attend company function and will only able to address this issue on the coming Friday. We need urgent attention and demand a new set replacement. After all we were paying for the new set and not repair set. Pls help!
I’ve sent a feedback/enquiry to Sengheng via email at ccc@sengheng.com.my but bounced for 5 times. In addition, I wrote the same enquiry in your website too, but im not sure if it safely delivered to your goodself. The message just disappeared and no reference report number is give.
I would like to make complaint about your staff at Mines outlet. When requested for their superior’s name (Manager), she (Janice if not mistaken) refused to give the name and bluntly said, the manager has gone back and harshly never attended the call, even though I was online, and could hear couple of them speak. The time was then 4.15 pm on Monday the 10th of September, When I made a complaint. Well, I had high regards for Seng Heng. The complaint was about “No power to recently bought Beko washing Machine”. Her reply was not clear to when the technician will attend to the complaint. Requested for report number, again a blunt answer “No report”. No information on who will call, when etc. How can your operation of your size have no system, when it comes to warranty and support. Do you think, just by giving extended warranty and you made your bucks, everything will fall in place? No. Get your system in place.
I bought a Toshiba Smart 4KUHDTV with VC PLUS1 UHDTV COVERAGE PLUS 1 Warranty Period 11/12/2019 to 09/12/2020 on 11 December 2017 with max. Repair Cover: 1,999.00
The TV was bought from SenHeng Electric Jalan Medan Taiping, Perak.
The TV had complications and on 17/04/18 the Toshiba technician came and after checking took it to the Toshiba Sales and Services, Ipoh. One week later I was told that they did not have the replacement part and will seek to find it elsewhere. Then I was told that they had informed the insurance company.
It is now two months since my TV has been taken away, and one-and-a-half months since they had informed the insurance company. Since then, I have had no news whatsoever about the status of my replacement.
How long does it take to replace my TV? One year? My family has had to do without our TV for two months. I should think that’s long enough. You cannot say this is out of your hands…that it’s up to the insurance company. Your company name and reputation is at stake here, and customer service is not satisfactory.
I would appreciate it if you would do something about this problem as soon as possible. Two months is long enough!
I bought a Panasonic microwave Oven from Silibin Senheng in Ipoh. When opened the box, found defect on the door. Took it to Silibin Senheng and they took back and said will replace with a new one. After about a week, they called and informed that a new replacement arrived. The one shown to us, also has a defect, the front glass door was not clear /blur. So, I told him this the glass is blur cannot see inside. The sales was lying to me saying, it list mist will go away in 10-15 minutes. I waited, it was the same. So, we did not take this microwave oven also. Now it is already 3 months , I am still waiting for a replacement. Going to complain to Consumer affairs and the MD of Senheng.
I have ordered a MSI GL62M laptop on 21-Oct, full payment. Was informed that need to wait for 2-3 days to get the stock as the current outlet has no stock for the purchased model. Call the sales person after 2 days and being informed that, still no stock available and asked to wait for another 2-3 days. Called again today and being informed again, he was not able to contact the MSI salesman. Can i ask for a full refund? Poor services.
I would like to make a complaint on your Kajang outlet. Fyi, I’m going to move to a new house this week. I have spoke with your Kajang Chinese Manager how to transfer the tv bracket. He said the installer no longer with Sengheng and if I want to transfer the tv bracket I need to buy a new TV bracket from Sengheng and then the installer can fix. What the hell!!! All this while I bought your product and this is what your Manager said to your customer!!! Do you think I got 2 tvs??? Fyi, I have called Unifi and Cuckoo to transfer to my new house with no charge!!!! I’m so lucky your ex staff from Kajang outlet which is Siti Oliza offer to help me on this.
