Members can order discounted products using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can view all your recent orders and track the same from the Account section of the website. If you are not happy with an item, you can return the same within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original and unused condition. Refunds will be made directly to the account holder.
As for delivery times, it can vary as products are first confirmed by the supplier and sent to SECRETSALES warehouse before dispatch. On an average, all orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Appalling service. I place a large order, was told that it didn’t go through so reordered. I contacted you and was told that both orders have been cancelled. However, you are now processing both orders, have taken payment for one order and the other payment is pending. You are not helpful, do not want to refund money even when it is your fault, and it is very difficult to contact you. No phone numbers, only your so called Customer Success team bot. You so far owe me £180.62, and if payment is taken for the second, cancelled order, that will be another £177.29.
Absolutely impossible to contact. I returned an item 28/12 via Evri with a printed label. Tracking now says the item was refused! I have no idea why. And cannot speak (joke) or chat with anyone. Appalling.
I have been trying since the 13th of December to get my refund of £40. I have contacted them umpteen times for my money back. I have proof of them receiving my return which I sent back by royal mail special delivery 24hr which was received by secret sales but still no joy and I am running out of things to do.
Extremely terrible customer service. Wanted to return an item but no return option available to print labels. Contacted them via Instagram, I was given a completely wrong address as the address for the merchants. Items worth over £400 was sent to a wrong business address given by secret sales. The business was kind enough to return the items back to me. Contacted them again but no response. T
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No customer service what’s so ever. All they do is argue with you.
They have very poor customer service. No phone number and emails you dont get reply before a week and they dont even bother to read your email properly. Sent 6 emails and keep on saying we cant pay for your postage. I am actually asking that their is no refund option on my order as other orders in the past. Sent them the pictures of the issue but no luck. Very very frustrating . Never again and will never suggest them to anyone.
Extremely poor service! Order over 2 months ago didn’t come tried to get hold of a customer care contact number (not in use) (user busy) I finally got an email a week later saying they will replace it but still nothing no replacement order number no info best of all another three weeks passed no order and they don’t reply to your emails so I can’t get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!
Appalling customer service, computer generated replies. Communication is very frustrating as they respond then ignore & when you contact them again the process is repeated.
Don’t buy from them as they don’t care about customers.
I share your experience and am very appalled with the level of customer service.
One of my items ordered back in May – A pair of earrings has still not been delivered and no one has updated me on this whatsoever, even though payment and shipping costs where taken and charged !
2. One of the professional hair remover devices was faulty.
3. I returned an item and was charged on top of my delivery charge – NO other site does this and i have as a result incurred unecessary LOSS as a first customer was expecting at least some incentive to keep me as a valued customer !
I have tracked my damaged order along with another unwanted order, so am sure you have received it,why therefore haven’t you refunded me. You’ve had it back well over a week.
Ordered a bag in November which was delivered in damaged condition in Dec . They don’t even check what they are delivering is in good condition or not !
Emailed them the same day with a picture of the bag showing discolouration of leather ronaask for return & getting a refund and was told they will investigate it instead of giving my advice on how to return it.
It had been over a week and didn’t hear back so chased it as the6 didn’t bother gett8ng back to me and was told they will get back to me. It’s been 13 days since first complain and to date haven’t got any info on how to return the item & get a refund. The customer service is vowful and they cannot resolve any returns issue. Will not shop with them again!
Shopping is so easy with this company but heavens help you if you need to return an item. They make it almost impossible to do so. Plus they are not helpful in the least
This company has a very poor customers service. I order 2 items since 1/12/2017 till now 17/1/2018 I don’t receive any thing I try to contact the customers service first time I getting answered after many days they don’t have any information from the seller and I have to wait a few days. Second email I send to request my money back this service now is non responsive
I ordered 2 quilts as Christmas presents 0n 14/11/17 and to date have not received them, Secret Sales are not helping in any way and the company supplying the quilts have only sent me computer generated replies. I have been on hold on your Customer Service telephone number for 20 minutes and all I want is a refund.

I have been trying to contact you all week without success. I am not happy about the situation.
I ordered an item (order no. 3528707) on 2.12.17. This arrived at the delivery address on 15.12.17. I received a text message that same day telling me that my order was not at the delivery address and ready got collection .I went to the shop to collect it and was told that my order had been given to the delivery driver by accident, they made a phone call to the driver while I was present to return my parcel to the shop but this was not done.
I have spent all last week going back and forward to collect the parcel without success.
I was told to contact Hermes, they tracted the parcel, and informed me that it had gone back to the depot. They now need a tracking number for this parcel and said that I need to contact the sender for this. Hence I have been trying to contact you.
It was a Christmas gift , so I would now like to be refunded the amount of £29.00 I paid for the goods. Thank you.
What on earth is wrong with your website? When trying to view or buy an item in any sale, a generic screen is overlaid and you can’t see your chosen item and you can’t get rid of it.
This ‘overlay’ also obscures your customer contact details. Everything you try to see really. It’s so frustrating. It’s been like this for days and there are items I don’t want to miss.
I sent goods back by recorded delivery on 3/7/2017 and according to Royal Mail tracking it was received at your company and signed for on 7/7/2017. As yet I have not been contacted by you regarding this matter with regards to credit.
My order will arrive too late. I would therefore like to cancel it. There was some sort of delay and as I am going on holiday the items will be too late..
