Dear Sir,
I have purchased โSeagate 2TB Wired External Hard Disk Driveโ on 25-10-2017.
Till yesterday (26-10-2017) I have not even unpacked the product since I had another Hard Drive (Capacity: 1 TB) of Seagate which was yet to be full.
After my previous Hard Drive became full, I opened the new one for use but it was not getting connected to my laptop.
Although it is warranty, I have not even used once. And if I claim its warranty, as per disclaimer I will be getting Factory repaired product and not new replacement.
Since it is brand new and not even used at all, I request you to kindly provide me new replacement.
