I am very disappointed. After I paid $14.95 for a VIN Car History check (Order #: SJH7-U1607181738-17NFZ). I was kicked out from the system with an error:

I contacted you to cancel my subscription and was told you credited my account for 18.00$. You did not credit my card. Someone gave me information. I cancelled within the right frame of time and want my credit back. Please let me know if this is really being cancelled. They told me I would receive a credit the day I cancelled it and have not.
