I have been using your equipment for 2 years now. I first bout the 21” double blade lawnmower and the weed trimmer with brushes wish I got the brushless one. And I have videos of the snow fall from last winter when I bought the snowblower and assembled it inside my house, glad I did that because of all the snow we got and there was a bunch!! I have just purchased an attachment for my weed trimmer to use for the trees and so far it works but need a blade for the 3” to 6” trees. I have just purchased on last Thursday July 13 2023 of a combo pack of tools skillsaw impact gun drill gun and flashlight etc. glad I did it because I used the tools on my renovation of my bathroom I love the skill saw and drill guns they outlasted my other tools. I need the lithium batteries though. Ok so when I go to upload pictures and videos to the Ryobi website it won’t go through I think all will be impressed with what I use the tools on especially the snow blower because I used it on snow deeper than what it recommended for. Please hit me up I am really looking forward to tool testing for you especially for here in Alaska so far your tools have not let me down.
I purchased new lawnmower 20in 40v self propelled lawnmower 3.5mos. ago and it’s already in the shop (motor keeps stopping). Service rep said he doesn’t know when he can fix due to unavailable parts – they dont know if/when parts will be available. What should i do??? I want to return damn thing.
I recently bought a Ryobi scroll saw. Just a comment on re-design improvement. Please have the light switched separately, at the moment the light only comes on when the saw is turned on. When changing or fitting the blades, either a pinned or straight, it would be so much easier if the light could be switched on so I could see into the saw without having to turn on a torch to look into the saw. The cost of adding a switch would be minimal.
I have a Ryobi One Plus P343VN Multi tool. I own many Ryobi One Plus tools and garden tools and have been well pleased with them all except for the Multi tool. I had the multi tool shipped to me from the United States. I currently reside in the UK. When I opened the Multi tool, I was only able to use it about two hours before it stopped working. When I researched this multi tool, I saw that there were all sorts of complaints that were attributed to a faulty switch. I have attempted to contact Ryobi UK without any result and also contacted Ryobi in the US but as I am in the UK, they cannot help me either. I put my money and faith into the Ryobi One Plus tool because I thought it would be the reliable tool I needed. I would be satisfied if I could use it but have been completely disappointed with my entire experience. I am now left with a brand new Multi tool that has done only 2 hours work. I have tried in vain to get help in both the US and the UK. I am sorry that I did not research this tool and be aware of it’s problem prior to purchasing.
