Ordered part said it would be here 4 days ago, car is sitting on jack stands waiting. After researching more I find that this is a common problem with them. I see USPS originated the package and then handed it off to DHL, where it’s hardly moved. Part is still states away so who knows when it will arrive, I’ve found comments from others where they are using Rock Auto only to find the part#’s and then ordering on other sites. That is what I will use Rock Auto for in the future a parts lookup tool.
First part I’ve ever ordered from RockAuto paid for express shipping showed up 4 days late. Then like everyone else received the wrong part. Went through the return steps on their website but feel it’s useless… Seems like a shady business that has no idea what parts they’re sending out to who, as long as you bought something off their website and they got your money that’s all they care about.
Ordered a part and its still not here. They wont help me or give me a refund. I lost my job because my car was down and they think im lying because nobody gives this much run around.
These guys are the worst!!! I have gotten parts from them a couple time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I get the wrong parts and now I have to pay to send them back and lost my money!!! I definitely will never use these guys again!!
