I’ve purchased the Samsung AC on March 18, 2021 from Reliance Digital nagaram, I’ve attached the bill copy/invoice. I visited the store on March 18, 2021 to purchase the LG AC, representatives have guided me with the incomplete features of AC (features like: 2-way swing and 4-swing and WiFi model) and guided me with the irrelevant brand (Samsung) which was not in my option to purchase. As a representative he has used sales technics and made me to purchase Samsung AC without explaining features like: 2-way swing and 4-swing and WiFi model, representative was just stating that warranty of the products comes for 5 year on PCB+Condesor+Evap Coil+FanMotor & GasRecharge which is not available in LG. As a customer everyone will look for the better features and warranty, I was in the intention that the representative is explaining all the features because of the warranty I’ve chosen Samsung.
I’ve purchased the Samsung AC on Bajaj EMI, while they are processing the bill, they have processed the RBL bank credit card without my notice. I’ve already informed the representative right away that they have provided me with an assurance stating incase if the RBL credit card is progressed from our end anyhow you will get a confirmation call. Please inform them to reject it, however I’ve not received any call for credit card confirmation and it has been delivered to my address.
Product was delivered on March 19, 2021 and I had an issue with the installation person who came for installation. Technician was having Tobacco during the visit and didnโt had safety precautions as per the COVID-19 guidelines it caused me an inconvenience to my family. After that technician informed me that he has to install the outdoor unit on stand, and I’ve to purchase it. Right away I called the store stating that I’ve to purchase the stand, then the store representative informed me that stands are not available with us. You can ask for the technician to bring it. Then I’ve asked the technician to bring the stand and complete the installation, then the technician has responded that first I need to pay the money so that he can bring the stand and complete the installation. Once the technician brought the stand he didn’t provide the bill for it and he has charged me extra and he was rude.
After completing the installation on March 19, 2021 I’ve tested my AC unit and identified that the swing is working only horizontally. Then I contacted the store representative on March 20, 2021 around 1:30 PM stating vertical swing is not working. Then the representative informed us that this feature is not available in your model which was not explained during the time of purchase. Then right away around 2:00 PM I visited the store to escalate this issue to a higher level since I’m not satisfied with this product because of a representative issue and asked for the replacement with a higher version in which horizontal and vertical swing is available and I was ready to pay the difference amount.
Once I started asking the representative why that feature was not explained to me? Rest of the store representatives were shouting at me, as a customer I’ve felt insulted in front of other customers which has downgraded my prestige according to Indian Law IPC section: 295a since the representative said you should learn about the product before coming to the store for purchase this word has insulted me in front of other customers in store.
Then I’ve asked the representative for the higher level, then they have called their Team leader and he was just focused to convince me and to save his representative to hide his mistake and informed me that once the AC is installed we can’t replace it or change it anymore, if you would like to return that you should have done before the installation.
Answer I’ve not expected from the Team leader and I’m not satisfied with his answer stating that everyone will buy the AC for cooling purpose so ignore that feature and then next representative came into conversation and told that since that feature is not available in your model my suggestion for you is to adjust the vertical swing as per your convenient every time which has insulted me in front of other customers.
Then after 2 hours Team leader had involved his floor supervisor, then I’ve explained complete hassle once again to him and his response was completely rude and irrelevant stating that we can’t do anything for if you have purchased my brand(Rconnect) I could have helped you since that’s not my product take the samsung toll free number and contact them for further help which we can’t provide you from our stores once again it was a insult to me in front of other customers in store.
Extremely disappointed with the service you are providing with the name of reliance.

I had purchased a tv yesterday, from sarath city mall hyderabad, reliance digital. Tcl 43 inch 4k tv.
I had the requirement to have it delivered today, which had been committed by the sales executive jai raj during the purchase.
I had specifically asked multiple times before confirming the purchase if the product would be delivered and installed today. I had bought the tv on this specific condition.
I had received a SMS that it will be delivered today and I was ok with it. However as I did not get any call I called up the sales guy from morning to followup on the delivery details.
Everytime I called him he said “give me one minute” and he never returned the call back. This went on for over 3-4hrs and it was almost evening.
I called him and he said, it’s already delivered. To my surprise I said neither did someone call me nor did I receive any product. He insisted that I have received the product and as if I was lying. I checked with my house security also and he said there was nothing.
I called up again, and as usual he said “1 minute” and again did not call me back till the time I lost my temper.
My entire day got wasted just to followup on delivery. Later he said it will be delivered. I got an sms for feedback and I was assuming once the product is delivered then we get a feedback form.
I called up JaiRaj to check with him and this time he did not take my calls after calling him for over 13th time. So I called up the landline and someone called prashant took my call. I had to make him understand the urgency of the situation and the condition upon which I had purchased the television. He seemed to understand the situation, but did not call me back.
After repeated calling of Jai Raj for almost 15minutes, he took my call and started saying sorry, sorry, I am an employee, delivery is other department, I don’t know sir, I am sorry sir.
This is the message I receive after wasting the entire day. He said sir it will come, and gave me a number.
The worst customer care service. Placed a service request for the tv under warranty. No response even after a week. Ppl at the call center get paid to say sorry meaninglessly. The service centers at Chennai are disgusting. No commitment to their jobs whatsoever. From the team leader and managers to the technicians…they are all frauds.
Service of Reliance Digital is very poor.
Even escalation of the complaint to Service head, is not given response.
Despite my repeated followups with Reliance digital service desk, they did not arrange the service for my AC from last 2 months.
I first registered complaint under warranty period on 16-04-2019 (Reference No: 8026329547), after many followups service team visited on 30-04-2019, they filled the gas and AC started working, however AC was not treated for the reason of the gas leak. I mentioned the same on their service slip and on email to reliance digital team that gas can leak again because service team did not rectified the root cause.
Within one month of gas filled, it leaked again and AC stopped working. I then resisted complaint on 26-06-2019 (Request No : 8029210317 which is then changed to 8029462418 now). Since then I am continuously following up with Reliance Digital team for service and receiving falls commitment of service in next 2-3 days every time when I call them.

i had purchased a TV and fridge from reliance digital Chennai, the service from Phoenix velachery is horrible . I always had a phobia for reliance now they have proven it right. The Samsung executive who was after me did not pick my call after my billing there has been no transparency in their talks and billing. They had misused my situation and had miscalculated the amount. Very unsatisfactory in my first deal haven’t yet received one for the fridge received I am not aware how genuine it’s going to be. As for the way the executives are dealing I am not sure abt it
I bought an LCD reCinector’s 43-inch LCD date 11.12.2017. After that the LCD was not working on 21.05.2019. Which I have done in the service center in the Complaint But I did not find any solos till date. While my LCD is in warranty. All Reliance Connect’s products are poor. If my problem is not resolved then I am going to the consumer court.
I have purchased Lenovo laptop from reliance digital Gulbarga. I told them to send the bill to my email ID. But since three days they r not sending me the bill to my mail id. I requested them by calling four to five times. But no action has been taken. This is really very funny. I don’t know what is the problem with them. The customer service is very very very poor. I am not happy.

I have recently bought 3 Lloyd ACs from your Ambience Mall branch in Gurgaon. I was impressed by the service when I bought the first two, as they were installed in 2 days of purchase. With the 3rd AC bought on 8th April, no one has bothered to come to install it. It is lying unopened in my house. Every day, I ring up the store and am told it will be installed the next day. Meanwhile my family is suffering unnecessary hardship.

Services are horrible. People in your store as well as service center are least bothered to resolve problems of customers. I had bought LG Washing Machine from reliance digital store elante mall chandigarh. First day during the installation machine was found defective. I logged a complained with LG and after through investigation of the product they informed me that this is a defective machine and they have asked the store to replace the product. Till now from last 7 days even after multiple follow-up no one is ready to inform when they will be sending the replacement. Looks like no one has cared to help customer. All the staff including \Store Manager are un professional. I am not sure this is the reliance culture or problem with this particular store. I really regret buying washing machine from your store.
Please take required action on un-professional staff and expedite delivery of replacement machine on priority by today.
We absolutely not happy with the water purifier we purchased from reliance digital SG Highway Ahmedabad.
We purchased it on 18th April 2018(Attached invoice)
Installed on 23 April 2018
We started using on 23rd April and it stopped taking water on 25th April,we raised complaint on 26 April(Call No.8015148269).
Your technician came for inspection on 27th and informed us that Carbon filter is blocked, need to be replaced.
Now It is clear that this purifier is defective and we want the entire piece to be replaced at the earliest.

I am very disappointed with the response even after repeated follow up with the customer care team..it is more than 25 days even after registering complaint ..your dealer is not bothered in providing any solutions to customer problems,till today they have not given the positive reply even after requesting them.
I will never take any product from your reliance marts and also I would suggest every customer not to take RESQ extended warranty,its only an eye wash and money minting activity….
If any one of you are interested to resolve the customer concern then only you can contact me…if not don’t contact and irritate the customers

Extremely disappointed with the staff’s misguidance and service on the following basis:
1. Wrong and cheap ‘Bracket’ given to us to mount the television purchased. Correct Bracket delivery is still pending.
2. No demo given to us.
3. Salesman Pradeep did not inform us about the electronic voltage stabiliser required with the T.V and over committed the time for installing the item.
We were told that the bracket to mount the television on to a wall will be received and done by 19/06/2017 but the job is still not done. Please do the needful.

Same here bro. The big mistake of life that I also bought an AC from reliance digital. They don’t have a sense of commitment. Please dont purchase any product from Reliance digital.

I have purchased aqua guard RO nana water purifier on 26th March 2017 from Reliance Digital Sparsh Plaza, Hinjewadi, Pune. This is regarding staff misleading and misbehaving with customer and not taking request to return the product and order new one.
1. Staff is misleading to customer by sticking some stickers which is not part of original brand. In store they have sticker โTDS 2000โ and some other sticker on ordered product which is attached in the mail, but its missing in the product. After calling they said, we just put for advertisement. Are you fooling customer?
2. Ordered product cost me of 9400Rs. When I checked in online shopping websites, they are selling it for 6999Rs only. Reason is product is outdated. Not available in production now.
Why donโt you think that you are fooling customer?
3. The product which I received on 27th March 2017 is manufactured on Feb 2016. Its written one year warranty on product. It means, are you giving warranty on product till March 2018?
4. We can return product in 8 days from purchase and have to shop any other product in same price or more. When I complaint about this, they are not ready to take in return. When I call them they are giving me reasons โ Staff is not available, call you back after some time, I am not right person, if I take order for return my manager will scold me. Are you really working for Reliance digital?
Please take action on un-professional behaving staff and help me in returning product and order new one.
If I donโt get any response by 30 March 2017. I will share this on social media websites with staff names whom I interacted.
