First order from Redbubble. Paid for premium shipping via FedEx to get it here before a special event. Tracking shows expected delivery date of March 6. Today, March 7, no delivery and further investigation into tracking indicates FedEx has not even received the item from the shipper. Virtually impossible to contact anyone, including through their FaceBook site. I hope everyone goes to their site and posts their experiences as I did. I plan to cancel my order and attempt to get a refund. I’m guessing that the company kept the money for the item as well as for the premium shipping. If they are not operating fully above board, I hope their Redbubble pops.
We are extremely upset that our order has not been delivered (it is now 5 weeks late). Although supposedly โshippedโ there is no estimated delivery date. We have notified the company but no one has bothered to contact us. I guess there is little interest in customer satisfaction!

Don’t appreciate ordering something from your company, not receiving it timely (by the way, when the company said I should be receiving it), still don’t have it, and not being able to contact anyone. CANNOT find a phone number, email address, and even their chat room is crap..automated with no ability to answer a question.
Ordered 10 printed T shirts from Red bubble, received them a week later, thought it was very quick and efficient supply and delivery, then realised why, printing on the Tshirts was so bad, looks nothing like what was advertised, colours very dull and blurry, also bleed into each other, some t shirts are so terribly printed that the ink hardly covers the shirt and the tshirt colour itself comes through the printed image. Another thing the T shirt material is such a bad quality.
After I ordered a case on December 1st and it STILL hasnโt arrived , (itโs January 4th) I ordered a sticker for my computer and it came a week later. WTF??!!! I tried emailing them and no response. Worst customer service ever!!! Never ordering from here again.
Totally Useless! Not only have I had to wait several weeks for my order but I have been sent a design that I didn’t ask for. Redbubble customer service is non-existant for UK customers too. Use someone else!
Ordered some masks on June 22. Order was shipped June 26 from N.C. It’s now in Carrollton, TX, arrived July 2. It’s still there, it’s now July 8. It’s been sitting in Carrollton for 6 days and counting. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM REDBUBBLE EVER AGAIN!!!
Redbubble had the WORST SUPPORT I have ever come accross, they seem to have no phone number and after sending numerous emails they just stopped sending their generic responses, I uploaded about 20 or more designs then my account DISAPPEARED!!!…two weeks later after numerous emails I still cannot a response from redbubble!! below is a copy of the last email >>> Hi this is the FIFTH (5) MESSAGE I have sent to SUPPORT regarding my account DISSAPEARANCE, and you keep responding with a generic message , I have been trying to gain access to my account for a OVER A WEEK without success, when trying to log in it says the email address cannot be found, but yet I have numerous emails from REDBUBBLE to this SAME VERY EMAIL ADDRESS, the account was under review and I received a message saying it over and the item can now be sold, it was a tee shirt with the words “straight talker” …….please assist as soon as possible thank you.

I ordered something the 1st of december. They said it would arrive 7-11 december. It’s a christmas present and it hasn’t arrived yet. I also can’t contact the site nowhere.
I’ve placed two orders with Redbubble. The first was to be delivered by December 17. Still has not arrived. Trying to find places to leave comments was a fruitless conundrum on your web site. Had to Google to finally find this site. If my two orders do not arrive as promised I will cancel my order and expect a full refund. At this point plan to never order from Redbubble again. Too bad. the products look great. But service is non-existent.
I ordered from Redbubble last year with no issues. I also received an email when my order arrived. I ordered again from them this year, but this time did not receive my order. Tried several times to contact customer service and they kept telling me to wait until the end of day yesterday (a full 11 days after the estimated delivery period end date). I contacted them again as instructed, and was told they would get back to me in 12 hours. Almost 14 hours later, I got an email asking me how likely it would be for me to recommend them to a friend. I received no update on my order, and now the order has disappeared from online. It is definitely unlikely that Iโd recommend them to a friend…
So I’ve used RedBubble before without an issue. This time however my order was never delivered. I messaged them through live chat and they re-sent my order by the end of the day. Once again, it never delivered & now no one will answer any of my emails. I’m so frustrated. I spent a lot of money because it was a birthday for my best friend. Now she’s out a gift when her birthday was well over a month ago and I’m out a lot of money (and I’m a broke grad student so even more of a reason to be upset. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
I placed an order of three shirts. I received them today but one of the shirts ( a red shirt), is stained. I don’t know if it is the dye, if it will wash out or if it is a permanent stain. It’s ridiculous that there is no customer service email or phone number to reach them even if they are based outside the US. When I go to the website to attempt to return or exchange the stained shirt, I receive a message that says that my order number does not exist, but I copied it directly from your website! This seems to be a scam. So I guess there is no way for me to get my money back or exchange the crappy stained shirt for a new clean one?
I have ordered two jackets and it said that it will be delivered on September 25-27 and I have contacted them on email no one is answering me. If it doesnt come this week i want a refund and you should inform me that it wont come.
You guys still exist…I have tried for over a week to contact a human over my order. This morning I disputed the charge and reported you to FTC & BBB also will report to Alabama attorney general from what I read I am olny one of several who have. been a ripped off..

As with all the comments here, I placed an order and never received my merchandise. The status states it was shipped but I havenโt received it, and when I click โwhereโs my order?โ And put in my order number I get a message saying the order doesnโt exist! Yet my card was charged and it is listed in my order history as shipped. Iโm also finding it impossible to contact customer support!! This is getting ridiculous!!!
Same exact thing is happening to us!! So ridiculous and then there’s no way to contact them, I’m in the US and the California number is disconnected!! I think this website is a scam based off what everyone else has said in these reviews.
The same thing is happening to me too!! I spent $60 on a gift for my friend, and only received a poster. Thereโs still $40 worth of merchandise missing, and I am unable to contact anyone. The website says that a confirmation email should have sent, but it never did. Now, the website is saying that my order doesnโt exist.
My order shipped in July and itโs august and itโs still not here. Starting to feel ripped off. There is absolutely no easy way to contact Redbubble for an answer and some of the emails saying the address doesnโt exist.
I ordered stickers on July 24 and they got shipped on July 29 and it said I would be here through the 31st of July and 1st of August. And itโs currently August 3rd and the package is still not here it still just says package manufacturerd and shipped. So Iโm still waiting for my package and spent 14 dollars so if Iโm not gonna get my stickers Iโll need a refund.
I ordered some stickers on July 19th and the ETD was July 23-25. It is now the 29th and i have yet to receive my stickers or any email explaining the delay. If I do not get the stickers in a couple of days or an email regarding them, then I will cancel my order and ask for a refund.

I ordered some stickers in the begging of June. When I checked my email a month later, it showed that the items had been delivered on the 5th go July. However they never made it to my house. What could I do now?

I have sent you several requests for my order confirmation summary but have never received call reply. I need to return an item and cannot complete the process without the order number. I ordered a T-shirt this week and the item was delivered today. Unfortunately, it was the wrong item! It is not the T-shirt I ordered. I am extremely frustrated about the fact that your company is obviously happy to sell in countries where you don’t have any kind of customer services, in my case in the UK. There is not a telephone number to be found or even a proper customer service email. This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable.
Could anyone come back to me please as soon as possible? I need the item by tomorrow evening and I have the horrible feeling that I will not get it. I am truly, truly disappointment about this and the complete disregard that you obviously feel for your customers.
