After reporting fraudulent seller , and wanting my refund , unfortunately i still havnt received any assistance from them.I will have to file for a chargeback.They have allowed scammer sellers lime Aj-retails to cheat and scam buyers.
The phone number doesn’t work and no response to claims file for fraudulent transactions. If you see RazorPay on your credit card statement be prepared for alot of trouble as all their transactions are fraudulent and they will not help you.
I am totally unhappy with your attitude. Despite repeated complaints of non delivery of an item bought through your portal, there had been no response from your end. All I read is an email has been sent to you… so where is the email? And where are your reps???
