About Quicken Loans Arena
Quicken Loans Arena is an indoor sports stadium located in Cleveland, Ohio. It was opened in the year 1994 and was formerly known as Gund Arena. The venue regularly hosts basketball and ice hockey games, and is home to NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers, AHL’s Lake Erie Monsters and AFL’s Arena Football League. Also known as “The Q”, the venue can accommodate up to 20,500 visitors. It is also a premier place for live entertainment and concerts. Annually, the place hosts over 200 events and welcomes close to 2 million guests.
The Q boasts of a new scoreboard that has four large HD video screens providing best viewing angles. There are also 562 TV monitors located throughout the arena. If you plan to drive, parking is available at the Gateway East Garage and Collection Auto Group Centre. The on-site garages can accommodate more than 3,000 vehicles. There are also more than 17,000 parking spaces available in close vicinity. For parking passes, enquire with a staff at the Box Office. Note that visitors are not allowed to carry video/audio recorders, weapons of any kind, selfie sticks, iPads, laser pointers, backpacks, banners/signs, bottles, outside food, beverages, professional cameras and large bags.
For those that are mobility impaired, there are over 200 wheelchair accessible locations that include companion seats. Reach the Guest Services team on the Main Concourse (Level 3) or the Upper Concourse (Level 5) for assistance.
For those looking for a premium seating experience, there are 92 suites, with 27 of them located just 15 rows from the arena floor. The suites come with private telephone, plush seats, thermostat for climate control, refreshment center, parking passes, private concourse, and a dedicated attendant. Other premium seating options include the VIP Club, Court Club, Floor Court Boxes and Platinum Lounge.
