I emailed you since 7 Jul but no one responded at all. Are you even customer service? Don’t claim to be the leading e-commerce company when you do not care to reply to customer’s complain.
The 2 products I ordered were not delivered because they were out of stock. Then why were the put in the site in the first place? Just to take money from people? I am not being refunded the money for the two products since April and no reply from Qoo10 team. Is this the professional behaviour of a company from Singapore?
I have waited for the item since September 11 where the seller said “this order will be shipped on the next business day”. Since September 11, i have sent 3 inquiries on the status. And all the 3 inquiries reply is the same “one moment please while we look into this for you. If you do not receive a reply after 2 business days, please contact us again”.
This seller has gone from bad to worst with their reply when i asked them to give me the status and not asked me to wait for 2 business days, their reply was “noted”. Until today 3 October, item not yet received and no proper reply from the seller on the status.
Do not buy anything from them online!

I would like to report to you a shop is taking longer for my xiaomi tv to delivered back to my house yet they can claim the shipment is a delay or whatever, how can let a customer wait and wait it is too much plus now what can I go to the CASE to report about this case?
I brought a bag from seller sukindougy on 2/7. The seller promised it’s ready stock and will ship out immediately but until now the item remains unshipped. Worst is seller didn’t reply to any of my queries. Please advice how to cancel/ refund. Since the seller never reply me, I can’t trust her with the refund process. I hope you can take some measure from your end to ensure all Qoo10 sellers to be ethical and responsible.
I bought 4 items from seller sgmart21 on 16th March, partial delivery on 18-19/3 but til date my bulk of the purchase amounting $43.80 have yet to be delivered. Seller did not reply to my msg anymore.
Can you assist for refund?
On 31 Oct 18 I purchased 3 pairs of running shoes for US$120.65 (AUD $176.25) from Qoo10. As yet I have not received either the shoes or a reimbursement of the payment. The address the shoes are to be dispatched to is 9 Laura Anne Drive, Windaroo, 4207, Queensland, Australia. I cannot remember the email address I used – it may have been my wife’s, Aileen Luhrs. I have recently changed my email address. I await your reply.

Hi, I have ordered 2 water bottles from Seller Danish Online. I have contacted the seller several times to inform that I have not received my items till date. In the app itself, it is indicated that shipment out on 29/10/18. It’s been close to 1 month and the items are not delivered to me. All the seller replied was shipment delay due to Singpost. I find it ridiculous. How can 1 shipment be delayed for so long?
Recently, I asked for non-receipt claims for the 2 items. But there is no refund if my $20.30. (Note: I accidentally pressed on the item delivered while I was doing the non-receipt claim, pls assist to revert to undelivered).
I hope you can refund my payment if $20.30 from the seller. I do no wish to liaise with the seller anymore. No reply at all. I have sent so many messages.

I ordered few items on 11/11. Payment for my items were made through the service of a 7-Eleven outlet in Bukit Batok West Ave 6. However, there were 2 different items
out of stock & a refund was advised to me via email.
I went to the 7-Eleven outlet & I was informed they only
act on behalf to collect & they do not handle refunding. How & where do I collect my refunds? pls advise.
