It was the worst customer service/quality of service that I have ever experienced and I never want to see Robert, the man who came to put my bed together again. He was filthy. He smelled. He left off a crucial support piece and said that it was an extra piece. He charged me for 2 hours of work and took 2 phone calls while working on my dime. He didn’t have any protective padding and dropped metal pieces on brand new wood floor. I should have never let him in my daughters apartment but had no choice.
I speak for all contractors involved with Porch. Please qualify the leads before selling them to us. A few more details from the customer are needed . The last 4 people I tried to contact were very upset that I called them immediately, and I am sure that other calls were coming in that you sold to other contractors. This bombards the customer causing the homeowner to turn off the lead. However, by then, Porch has sold the same lead to 9 people and made their money upfront on these bogus leads. Also, How is it that I wake up every morning to an inbox of leads from people wanting estimates listed coming in 4:00 a.m. for exterior quotes in the middle of Winter? No way !
I sent an email listing all the damages and loss I have suffered as a result of getting someone to do work for me that I got after contacting Front Porch. The damages,loss,suffering and breach of services is excessive that I have outlined. I have a video and pictures as proof of most of what has occurred at my home. This whole ordeal is the worst of anyone I have ever dealt with and he contacted me as a result of contacting your website. Action needs to be taken to prevent him from doing this to other customers who contact Front Porch! I am also going to contact BBB because of the excessive damage I have endured.
