Photobucket i used to think was cool. Over the past several years so many other and easier options came on scene that are free i eventually just stopped using them. Unfortunately, my loyal best friend of almost 20 yrs, my dog Pupp, crossed the rainbow bridge. I needed some old pics of him i knew were in my photobucket account. I paid 4 bucks to access my pics, got what i needed and that was it. On april 21 2022 i canceled my subscription on their website as instructed. Then the following week they charged me another 4 bucks. I was busy and let it go. Come the next month, once again charged me 4 bucks. I contacted them the minute i saw the charge. They REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY, i have been arguing with them since June 2nd. They are rude and insulting, they are literally taking unauthorized payments from my account.

I just want to get in to delete/download excess pictures. You are trying to prevent me from doing this at every turn. Please let me in to my account without this ridiculous “confirm email” popping up continuously!!!
I can’t do anything with the account because you keep blocking it. Why would you think I would pay you money for more room when you won’t even allow me to see what I already have?
