I sent parcel containing medicines to my ailing friend at Victorias negros occidental province on 05 Jun which is received by manila Central Post office on 13 Jun and as indicated, its on delivery on 14 Jun 23. Its almost completing 60 days and not delivered. It seems there is no government no organisation to control over the system. Most disgusting unreliable system in the world.
Item arrived 3/10/23 from Taiwan and until now it’s still showing en route to the delivery office. Customer service needs improvement, no one is picking up, email no one is responding. Need help from the head office to look into this.
My parcel arrived from Japan 3/26/23 and has been en route to delivery office since 3/28/23. Lucky for me, customer service answered my calls. Apparently, they only have two functional vans which delivers parcels to all parts of the Philippines. They prioritize places with higher volume of parcels to be delivered. Thus, the long and tedious wait we have to suffer. However, they assured me that my parcel is in good shape. I sure hope it is.
I tracked our package from half way around the globe to Manila and it took 8 days to come over 8000 miles and the last notification we received was it departed a transfer airport in Metro Manila on April 20th 2023. It is approx. 500 klm from Manilla to Cebu and I’m picturing this guy in a canoe rowing towards Cebu. This postal service here is very weak .
I also sent a DINA4 envelope with 11 pages important documents (notarized) on June 8, 2023. from Germany. My sister received it (thank the Lord) last August 8, 2023. My sister photographed the envelope, there were 3 cuts at the side about 2 inches long on each side. It was stamped that the envelope arrived in Manila June 20, 2023, and was stamped at Pasay City Post office June 26, 2023. Delivered Aug. 8 2023 to my sister at VAB in Pasay City. Can you imagine it took them 45 days to deliver from Pasay City Post Office to Villamor Airbase Pasay City! If they don’t have messengers they should call or send a message to the recepient to fetch it. Email address and cp Number is stated in the envelope. I am really very furious.
I am searching my missing package, which was sent on 3rd December from Germany to the Philippines. The status from middle of December “dispatch to country of destination” was never changed. A contact with PHL is not possible. All phone numbers are NOT working. I already wrote four times emails to different email addresses from PHL, but there is absolutely NO reply. I also tried the contact on Facebook – NOT successful. How can I contact PHL now? If I go to any office, nobody can help me there too. Mail from abroad takes 12-20 weeks to reach Cebu. I rented a post box which helped a little until I found that someone at the post office was also renting out my box to at least three other people. Anything from Amazon will be stolen. The flag that draped my fathers coffin was posted by my sister but never arrived, two and a half YEARS later it ended up back on her doorstep marked ‘Unable to deliver’.
Item arrived in the country last 09/06/2022. And as of 09/08/2022 it is already en-route. But my question is, bringing the package from Luzon to Mindanao takes almost a month? Tracking is CI006413274NL
My brother in the Philippines didn’t receive the package that i send August 3, 2022. I went to post office here in the US and the package arrived in Philippines August 20. It’s already sept 16 . He went to post post office in Philippines but they told him it was not sent at all..But in reality Philippines metropolitan post office received the package on August 20. What is going on? The customer service is very poor..i need to know where my package went.
Have had at least five cards and letters sent to a friend in the Philippines from the US that never arrived. There were no weather issues or other problems which should have caused a delay, let alone cause the mail to just disappear. Some mail takes a couple of weeks to get there, other mail 6-8 weeks. Perhaps your new President can fund the Post Office better for more reliable service. I will not risk sending anything of value or that has to get to my friend through the Post Office anymore, and I know she doesn’t trust it either.
I have the same problem, I was supposed to receive a letter from my uncle in the US. He sent two letters on Sept. 28, 2022, one is for my cousin in Quezon City, my cousin has already received his letter a week ago. I’m in Tanza, Cavite and it has been more than month, does it really take longer for mail to arrive here in Cavite, it’s not that far from Manila. What is going on, what do I need to do, who should I call?
I have been waiting for a parcel from the Philippines that was posted last April 18,2022. No update whatsoever from the tracker since April 27. Last comment was “Dispatch to destination country”. I am also waiting for a parcel from US. Tracking shows that it already reached the Philippines on April 27 but until now, I have not received it. I also went toocal post office but theu said there was nonparcel transferred from main post office yet.
What have they all been doing that it is taking soo much time for the parcel to be transferred from main to the destination post office?
I have been waiting for a package from Germany both me and the sender have contacted/called PHL Post but are not getting any responses. Poor customer service. 0 out of 10 in receiving support. Item was supposed to be delivered by April 4 but we have not got any movement yet. DHL Germany, who forwarded the package to PHL post has confirmed that item was forwarded already however no information is being provided by PHL post. Hope you can respond asap. Documents were sent from ROK and Phlpost received it last 1st April 2022 as per tracking but until now no body from Phlpost knows it’s whereabout and worst nobody is answering the phones or even replying the email as posted in Philpost website. I hope somebody from Philpost office will be able to read all the complaint that we are experiencing.

Worst transaction ever. Will never transact with phlpost ever again… Exact définition of SNAIL MAIL.. Super delay delivery + another delivery charge here in the Philippines? Better go for LBC and other trustworthy courrier guys than them.. Yes, LBC AND OTHER TRUSTED DELIVERY COMPANY charge more (not that much though) but when it comes to quality of service and time of delivery it will be worth it.
My package has been sent since September 28, 2021, until now no movement, I haven’t receive the package yet from philippines to abu dhabi. The calls and emails are useless coz nobody answers the emails and phone numbers are impossible to call as cannot be contacted.
I wanted to know if what was going on with my parcel. I sent my parcel to the Philippines two weeks ago and to date they have not received my parcel. I have a daughter’s birthday coming up next week. My present for her is in that box. Anyway, I still haven’t heard anything about my package after October 26. And it’s an EMS. This means it is supposed to be a week delivery, yet so far they have not received my package. Please find a way to have it delivered as soon as possible as I have waited too long already. I’m losing patience with that as well.
