I ordered sunglasses on 2/28 and here it is 4/20 and no glasses yet. One excuse after another, even hung up by their customer service. NEVER have I had such a terrible experience with a company or their “customer service” or lack of! I was told 10-14 days and I am now at 51 days!!!
I have purchased at least 6 pairs of eye glasses from pearle vision. The uv protection it has since peeled of the lens, the glasses are about 2 years old, these are sunglasses and are now useless as I cannot see out of them. Went back to the store that I purchased them they said there’s nothing they can do. I paid a lot of money.
Based out of the eye examination Dr told I need reading glasses and I was ok with it. The person who was trying to finalize the purchase she said about anti-glare thing which 95% add to the glass. I asked her if it doesnโt help then will they remove it and refund the money back? She said yes, so I went ahead with the purchase. I had a doubt something is not right, $120 to add anti-glare on it. I went ahead and made the payment.
After getting the glasses, due to anti-glare I started getting headaches. So, I went to the store on 3/5 and described the issue to the manager and told them to remove the anti-glare as it was causing issues. Manager tried to confuse me saying it is not caused due to the anti-glare. I explained him clearly I have one more pair of glasses which doesnโt have anti-glare on it and doesnโt give me headache. He say I donโt see any record of the other glass.
I told him it was not purchased here. Still wonโt listen. Finally, I told him get the anti-glare out and return the money back. He said he canโt return the money back. Two folks from the store told money will be returned but this guy wonโt help. I told him can I talk to the owner to sort this issue out. He said, I canโt, everything stops at him very rudely and in between he started talking to other customers. Very frustrating experience.

Purchased glasses on 2/13/23 at 2:30PM for the amount of $497.75 at Pearle Vision. I called on 2/14/23 at 10:00AM spoke with Megan and told her to cancel the glasses order. I received a call on 2/14/23 at 6:30PM and was informed that all sales are final. No refunds. At the time of purchase my salesperson NEVER informed me of this policy, and the business establishment has NO signage of policy regarding cancellations. I was informed by Susan that this policy of sales is final was in print on the receipt. My receipt was printed on an 8×11 sheet, and the policy comment was on the bottom of the SMALL print. This receipt was handed to me upon leaving the business. I told Susan to inform all staff of this policy before customer’s purchase. Very POOR customer service.
Hello, I purchased 2 pairs of glasses totaling $1,150 from the Robinson Twp. PA. Pearl Vision. Within a month the right lens of the reading glasses had scratched, so I contacted the store. I explained I added the scratch resistance option for $160 and wanted them to confirm that it was added when they fix the scratch. Without knowing who I was the manager said it was not the scratch resistance because they can scratch even with it. I Let the manage know I understood but wanted them to verify that it was applied because that was an option I called in after I purchased so maybe that was missed when they were made. The bottom line was because the glasses scratched quickly, and given I had called in the option after, I wanted the scratch resistance verified. After explaining 3 times she hung up on me. I called corporate and was told to fill out a complaint form. The supervisor said I could not contact anyone directly that could help and the complaint form was the only way. Terrible support
I may have been quoted wrong for the PG Poly Pearle THIN Transitions. I was told it would cost $160. According to the receipt, I get a $160 discount. I would like a partial or full refund.
