I am writing this email to complain about a car I hired in fuerteventura. The registration number for the Fiat panda was 4993HXX.
I hired it for the first week, Then re hired the car for another week. On the 26th of September the car wouldn’t start,so I called your office. Someone came out straight away and put jump leads on it to get it started. The chap then told me to drive it on the motorway for at least half an hour to re charge the battery. I did this the n came back. The car didn’t charge up I I then had to keep jump starting the car for the next 2 days, I then had to drive up to the airport to get my flight home the next day, I couldn’t jump start it this time so again a machanic came and got the car going again. I had to keep the engine running for 2 hours so it didn’t cut out again. When I got to the airport I complained to the lady behind the counter, she didn’t want to know about my complaint an just told me to email you my complaint. I travel to Fuerteventura at least 3 to 4 times a year, I have used payless a number of time with no problems. Can someone give me a call so I can explain in detail to get this complaint resolved.
