I have bought a coffee machine from amazon and even though it is in warranty I am not getting a replacement nor is it being repaired since the last seven months.
The service people say that it shall be collected and sent to Mumbai but no-one has come .
I hope it is replaced as soon as possible.
The company should not give a guarantee if it cannot repair its own products .
I had purchased a tower fan on line, it worked for one month,then stopped working; Tried to get it repaired locally,but everyone refused.
Please guide ,what should I do?
Reference to above, it is brought to your kind notice that we had placed order for Oster 3321 Mini Food Chopper with TATACLIQ, which was delivered to us on 15th Sep 2017. We had to go out of station on 17th September for an urgent work and returned home on 2nd Oct. 2017. On return, we opened the package to use ‘Oster Mini Food Chopper”. To our surprise, we found that it is not working at all and a defective piece has been delivered to us. We immediately contacted Customer care centre of TataCliq but did not receive any positive reply regarding it’s return. As per customer care centre of Tatacliq, it should have been returned within one week whereas other e_commerce sites like ‘Amazon” etc., they are allowing return of articles within 30 days if unused.
We did shopping through this portal first time and experience is horrible. First of all, Mini Chopper is not in working condition and secondly-we are unable to put request for it’s return.
We request you to look into the matter and address the issue.
