I appreciate the service your company has given me over the years I”ve had an account with you. However I have never missed a payment and always paid a little extra on my loan. My due date is the 25th of the month and am given your grace period to pay. Never had a late charge. however I keep getting calls to make a payment. My current statements give me until August 4th to make a payment before a late fee is charged. I feel you can call me any time if I am late but not before. I don”t fill this is a good practice to a good customer. THANK YOU. Please stop the calling.
