Before, I went to the ocbc branch to find out how to apply for online remittance. At that time, I was asked to download the ocbc app. After that, I didnโt get any information about how to proceed. Recently, I had to arrange for my child to come to Singapore and need to pay for the Internet and quarantine fee, but I still canโt. Today (30/4) I went to Northpoint ocbc branch for help. Hi, Im currently overseas and saw from my statement that i was charged for late payment and interests for my last statement which i made a full payment on the 23rd of May. The due date was on the 24th. I do not have data roaming, hence how do i request for a waive?
I would like to commend Mr Joseph Low from the OCBC ION Orchard Branch. I opened a new account today and was very impressed by Mr Low. He is very friendly and courteous. My friend and I are seniors so we sometimes repeat the same questions though Mr Low has already given us the answer. However, Mr Low was not the least perturbed by it. Each time, he would explain the answer to us patiently. He did not exhibit impatience nor impudence. I told him that he is a very nice young man, very respectful of elders. He is also very honest. When he was not sure of something, he told us and went to make enquiries. He did not hide it from us and I appreciate his humility. He is very approachable and that is very important trait for a customer service staff. He is very clear in his explanations and I felt that I understood what I was signing up for. He does not have a condescending attitude and he is very pleasant to talk to. I must say that my time at OCBC was very engaging and thoroughly enjoyable because of Mr Low.
