Niki is an Austrian airline that began operations in the year 2003. Operating from its main hub at Vienna International Airport, the airline has a fleet of close to 25 aircraft that connects to over 50 destinations. A subsidiary of Air Berlin, Niki was founded by ex-Grand Prix driver Niki Lauda. In 2011, the airline carried about 4.5 million passengers. Since 2012, the airline has also been a member of the oneworld airline alliance.
Niki’s vast network include Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Austria, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Fliers can purchase tickets directly on the website using major credit cards. Niki also allows passengers to book a hotel or rent a car on the website. Furthermore, fliers can check flight status, schedule, do web check-in and even order food without leaving the homepage. Want to make changes to your existing ticket? For check-in baggage, Niki allows 23kg for Economy passengers and upto 32kg weight for Business Class passengers. The cabin baggage may weigh up to 8kg. To who it might concern,
I am a very disappointed customer with Niki airline, I am having the worst experience ever with this airline. I need someone to try to help me. My luggage never got to me on my final destination. No one is answering to my emails and no one is trying to help.
How come organizations and companies like that still exist? How come no one answers their international lines?
Can someone on a corporate level try to help and answer my concerns?
