I have worn New Balance 860’s for as long as I can remember (new pair every six months for easily 15 years). Unfortunately, I recently received a pair that had some sort of defect in the instep. I phoned and followed all the email instruction and received no reply. After 2 phone calls and multiple emails I was told I would receive a phone call from customer service which never happened. The lack of communication within the customer service department is either poorly orchestrated or just reflects a lack of concern/ effort by the new balance team.
I have been using 940v4 for several years and now I was sent an email to say you won’t be making these anymore . I have extreme overpronation and use a custom orthotic insoles in my shoes . I have degeneration in my neck . I wear them from morning until bedtime , which means everyday usage and walking on a treadmill . I can’t afford to change this type of shoe . I am a 70 year old women . What will be the same shoe for me when I need to buy another pair . I currently have two new pair on hand in the box . I wish your guys would not change the make of your shoes . Fresh Foam does not benefit me .
I have bought New Balance 856-928 for the last maybe 10+ years. They have the rollbar and good arch support and they used to have a cushiony interior. The last 4 or 5 pair don’t have that nice cushion. Is there a reason? I still buy them and I just bought a pair today but I really miss the cushiony insides and as expensive as they are that cushiony feel should still be there!
I have a pair of new balance shoes that literally came apart at the toe stitching in less than one month, I’ve worn black new balance for years as am a mechanic and I work on concrete floors, i usually get 6 months out of a pair, which I can live with, but less than a month?? I cannot afford 70 dollars a month for work shoes.
