A promotion came out offering a ‘present” for any purchases over $75, they talked about beach towels among other interesting things. As we are two families in the same household. I made TWO separate purchases of $85 each. The two boxes arrived, only ONE contained a ‘present’ in a tiny brown box. We had no idea what it was until my son said “I think it is an ice cube tray”. Seriously! I have a Subzero fridge which produces two styles of ice cubes. I haven’t made ice cubes since I was a child 70- years ago. This is something out of a cheap dollar store. I am offended that your staff would consider this a present. A huge misinformation promotion in Calgary Alberta Canada.
My Prodigio machine, bought one and half year ago in order to replace my old Citiz (because I did not like it at all!) stopped working. I’ve contacted the Nespresso customer care in Sweden -where I live- and I have experienced the worse customer service ever.
They have informed me that the machine I had is no longer available and the only possible replacement was with the Citiz (back to the old machine again!!!!!)
Normally, when a product is broken during its period of guarantee it should be replaced with a better one, not with the oldest, worst one. An upgrade should be offered at a convenient price but that was not the case. In their typical arrogance they told me to take the Citiz or stick with my broken machine. In vain my request to talk with a supervisor or a manager.
Whilst I was NOT expecting this treatment from a company like yours I had to give up and take the old, bad model.
They promised me the parcel to arrive be on the next day. After two days waiting I called again, the machine was not yet shipped. By the time it was Thursday and the person on the phone promised me to send it immediately but couldn’t promise me I would have had it before Monday. Awful! Between a joke and reality I blackmailed to go buy a Lavazza machine, he told me “yes I understand”. This is not what I call a smart marketing process….
The machine arrived yesterday to the post office, with the wrong name on!!!!!! Despite I’ve spelled my name twice to the first guy, he managed to send it with the wrong one!!!!!! I am speechless and seriously considering -after more that 12 years of absolute fidelity and various accounts in CH, Italy, UK – to go try your competitors….. you might say that you understand, at that point it can’t go worse!

My current U Milk Nespresso machine in white purchased almost 3 years ago is currently not working. Nespresso customer service in Singapore, where I reside, have informed me that the U Milk is no longer in production, however, can be replaced with Citiz&Milk (closest model to U Milk) or any other machine, and a discount of 30% will be applied for the new machine. Citiz&Milk in silver or black only is stocked in Singapore and therefore my request of Citiz&Milk in white could not be accommodated for. Can you help in shipping me a Citiz&Milk in white?
