To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing to bring to your attention some issues with my local agency (ANC Packaging Services).
My complaint is that they failed to provide my SSS sickness reimbursement. As far as I’m concern, this was been already approved by the SSS and was been deposited to my Agency’s account. Yet, my agency did not release my reimbursement because as per them, I still have a remaining balance of my SSS Salary Loan. But, I know it is not the right process for the SSS sickness reimbursement. They have to release it regardless I have a monthly amortization for my Salary Loan. It takes 7 months waiting for their action to provide my necessary needs for my benefits but ended to nothing because of their bad services.
They had terminated my contract during my accident, January 21st and they insisted that the client (National Books Store) who terminated my contract and not them. They did not inform me regarding my contract status. They did not provide any information about my termination.
I filed a case against my agency (ANC Packaging Services) at NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) and we had already talked and discuss regarding my complain last September 13, 2018 and the arbiter notice that the (ANC Packaging Services) did not follow the right procedure for the labor.
