Exact same thing has happened to me. My recommendation for any potential purchasers is to find something else. I have sent numerous emails with no response . I made my order in May and haven’t received it yet.
Having same problem. Moov shipped ½ my order and can’t get a straight answer. No phone number exists. I guess they are going out of business. I’ll contest with my credit card company.
I am still having a problem, they have no phone number and are not responding back to me. they have sent a label to the post office but no product to ship? Does anyone actual number to call ?
I have the same issue like Jaime L. MOOV sent me an email with the tracking number but the USPS appears that MOOV haven’t sent the package to their facilities. The customer experience team asume that the package was shipped. But don’t take responsability.
Hi, I supposedly had my tracker sent on March 8th. As yet it, according to Moov own email, it has yet to actually be shipped. I have sent a couple of emails to customer service just to get emails back saying the USPS is experiencing delays. No, I have ordered things from other companies and have received my order in less than one week. According to the USPS app the post office is yet to even receive the package, just a label has been printed.
