Literally the worst customer service out of any company because there is no customer service team. All automated, and no way to speak with a person. You input your phone number and it says they will be in touch but after 3 days still no contact.
I would like someone from Mashreq to email me at the above address giving a phone number where I can speak to someone. Your customer care number avoids this. It is impossible for people living overseas to get in touch with Mashreq bank. Very poor customer service . I need to speak to someone ASAP regarding my card. . I cannot be reached at the registered number as I am out of town. They are always sending codes to that number which I cannot access. Please email me and give me a contact number of a live representative who can help me.

Please be noted that my debit card is expiring in this month 2019 . Received message from bank that this card will be delivered to me shortly. This message came a month and half but till date no news from bank side

Your bank is charging late payment fee even though payment is done online before due date. Regardless, all supporting documents were sent, they blamed holidays due to which they didnt receive the money. Your customer service wants customers to listen what they want to tell,,, customers have no right to put their stand…no any kind of requests are being entertained…your credit card service is too bad.
I have a complaint and need to talk to a LIVE customer care person. Your new menus are designed to avoid this… I am travelling and need to make bookings using my credit card and it appears I can’t make a booking with budget. Please advise or ask someone to call urgently
