Despite complaints to Pack & Send UK and MBE Italy HQ (Pack & Send owners) on their customer feedback channels dating 07 and 14 June 2023, I have not heard from them. The folks at Pack and Send Hammersmith, London, which is creating the absolute mayhem related to a shipment of personal and sentimental items to be sent to New Zealand also continue to display radio silence. It appears Pack & Send Hammersmith continue to disregard my directions completely. I have no inventory listing at all, I have no idea what has been collected in terms of items to be sent to New Zealand, no idea what is being packed or consigned. Based on the evidence so far I am out of pocket 10’s of thousands of pounds if not in the six figures. I do no even have any confirmation of insurance cover or ability to claim as requested. Their service is truly a disaster.
