Beginning operations in the year 2000, Lion Air today has grown to become the second largest airline in Indonesia with over 100 aircraft in its fleet. Wings Air flight booking code TGWNPK was canceled prior check in on May 13, I requested for refund together with return sector in Medan airport customer service, till now already 2 months but no news on refund status. No sure how to follow up on the status.

Hi I have tried to send to various Lion air emails from which I was told by a Lion Air representative and they keep bouncing back. Could someone please tell me the correct email to send a query regarding stolen items from my checked in luggage on Lion Air flight please.
I have sent two emails to your customer service department to ask what the luggage allowance is from Jayapura to Surabaya and what the luggage allowance is from Surabaya to Bangkok. I have still not received an answer after two days. Is your customer service email actually working? This is not very good for getting people to fly with your airline if you’re not willing to answer their questions.

I would like to bring to your attention my flight from Singapore to Jakarta on November which was supposed to leave at 1950 however it did not leave until 1130 once again we were put on a bus that travelled all over Singapore airport and upon landing in Jakarta in the pouring rain once again you put is on a bus to the terminal with people with disabilities getting soaking wet but this is quite normal for your company your staff at Singapore airport totally incompetent the cabin crew lazy and absolutely no service I could not even buy a bottle of water or any beverage whatsoever.
Let me assure you I will never ever fly your airline again as I feel it is the worst airline not only in Indonesia but you also rank very high on the whole of the world I really find it hard to find the words that describes your airline incompetent and I feel it is only time before you have a disaster as a quite sure your service department cannot be any better
