My wife ordered 3 bathing suits on Sept. 12–she still has not received them. But they took the money out OK-$75.89! She has been having a difficult time finding a suit that fits and she can put on/take off by herself. She was supposed to start aquatherapy for physical therapy. She is disabled, with overall pain all day, every day. So the PT will help, if she ever gets a suit. You can’t get a phone # for customer service and if you want an answer to your question, you have to sign up for something and pay $1.00. I guess that’s how they do things in CHINA.
I wrote to you about a refund. Haven’t heard a word from you. From reading all the comments I assume I will not see a penny of my refund. You have my e-mail all the information I sent. So I will join everyone else and let people know your company is not a legitimate company to deal with.

They wrote back and gave a previous order number and stated that it has been over 30 days; I explained that that was from a previous order because I have ordered $1356.00 of merchandise in the past but this is the first time I requested a return slip. This request for a return slip for this specific order has been TOTALY IGNORDED; PLEASE SEND A RETURN SLIP BEFORE THE 30 DAY EXPIRATION POLICY GOES INTO EFFECT.
