Worst company ever. Do not order anything from them. If you want refund or exchange it will never happen. Ordered an item Oct 5,2018. was way too big. Sent it according to their directions and texted them the shipment information.
Sent them request in November 18 asking for my top or a refund. December 15 and still waiting. Will not respond to you or send your products.
I have been trying to return the items that I purchased from you. Your website is crazy. It won’t allow me to do anything. It keeps telling me to submit a ticket. Duh. How do I do that. I can see my order, but when I click on return and refund, it doesn’t do anything. Please help. Normally a return slip is included with an order. That would simplify returns.
I also have purchased item from Liligal and cannot find anything on them. I am waiting for my order and have spent around $260.00. I can not find anyway to contact them for the items or a refund.

I too have been unable to get clear information on how to return an item that does not fit me. Why do they make it so difficult? Dozens of companies selling clothing on line give clear, easy instructions and include return information with my orders.
Why will they not refund you for your purchase? I want my money back and not put towards an account to use a later time. Someone ordered close to 50 swimsuits which are not my size and who wants 50 swimsuits!
Get real and return people’s money because bad word of mouth travels faster and is very easy to do; where someone could lose their business.
I ordered three shirts, two of which I want to keep but one is damaged that I want to return. I am finding it very difficult to get help. There was NO receipt in the package. I am wondering about the legality of Liligal. Please advise me on how to expeditiously return damaged shirt. I really like the other two shirts.

I returned a sweater to Mississauga on February 28/18 and you received it March 3/18. The person that signed for it is Jose Sandoval. To date have not received my refund. Very disappointed in how the return is handled. It is now nearly six months since the sweater was returned and no refund. Will report this to Visa since that is where I charged it.

I am trying to get a return address to return my items because they are too big. I have a ticket # but no address. I cannot even put that ticket # into the # in because it keeps going back to LOGIN mode. This is very frustrating. Ordered 3 swimsuits and already have received that 1 is out of stock and will not be delivered. So, I want a refund for this item already as it is not available, duh! Don’t give me “credit”, I want a refund to my original credit card (NOT a Liligal store credit as so far, this does not look too promising! Should have known after ordering about the shipping times (LOOOOONG)? Order swimsuits to be delivered like 2-3 months! YIKES, who needs swimsuit in the fall!

I have not received my order, which was placed on May 9, 2018–14 days ago. I have received absolutely no information about this order, and I have emailed the company four times without any reply. It was charged to my PayPal account, and my account shows that it has been paid. I don’t know how to resolve this when no one will respond to me.
