I purchased 2 jerseys at a Lids retail store and was charged $10 more on each jersey than the price tag stated. Jersey marked $75, charged $85. Jersey marked $100, I was charged $110. I canโt get my $20 back from the store.

Mistake was made at store# 6381. I had a Pendleton dress hat embroidered. The style of lettering was embroidered in the hat was wrong. I proved the cost of the hat through Capital one.They reimbursed me the cost of the hat,and credited me the cost of the embroidery.I have had many hats embroidered by your company. This was the first mistake.I am very appreciative of them compensating me due to this mishap. I will continue on patronizing your company.Thank you again.
I recently had a hat made at Lids store #5156, the manager at the store Nolan, went above and beyond to make my hat better than I expected. I am a US Navy Veteran, and Nolan said โ Thank you for your service โ and was extremely polite and professional. I live 45 minutes away from store #5156, however I will continue to shop there due to Nolanโs kindness
