I am writing this email to you to complaint with sheer disappointment. On 24-Sep-2021 I sent a package to NCA college Lahore (From Islamabad/Rawalpindi DHA Phase 2 Branch) on an urgent delivery and I was told it will reach the destination by Saturday 25-sep-2021.
I regret that the parcel has not reached the destination so far. When I call to check on it, I was informed that it has been delivered to someone in Gujranawala. Moreover, when I call back the worst things started getting to happen, the guys on the other side start dropping my calls.
I am unable to understand the situation and it has started to worry me now. I chose urgent delivery because there were some important files that need to deliver urgent. But now they are lost and I am in deep water because of it.
