About Kurlon
Kurlon Limited is a company under the Manipal group that was established in the year 1962 by Late Shri Tonse Ramesh Upendra Pai. The company began its journey under the name “Karnataka Consumer Products Ltd” and was renamed as Kurlon limited on the 8th of December, 1995. Kurlon is the favorite brand for coir mattresses in the country. The Manipal Group of companies is worth 2000 crores and has its activities spread over the diverse fields of manufacturing, electronic commerce, education etc. The group is under the guidance of its chairman Mr Sudhakar Pai.
In 1960’s when the coir industry in India saw a boom, Mr Ramesh Pai conceived the idea of entering into Rubberized Coir Mattress Manufacturing, giving life to Kurlon. Over the years it has seen humongous growth from a mattress manufacturing brand to the icon of home comfort. Kurlon Ltd. is the brand leader in the industry and has acquired major market share in the branded mattresses segment. It has also specialized and diversified its product range from mattresses to furniture, linens, pillows etc.
*Mattress- The adoption of latest technology and the finest of materials guarantees a comfortable and peaceful sleep to its customers. The different types of mattresses manufactured under the brand are rubberized coir mattresses, spring mattresses, foam mattresses and therapeutic mattresses

I bought Kurl-on mattress last month. Ever since I have started using it, I’m going through a lot of back pain. Hence, I contacted the particular shop that I bought the mattress from asking them to exchange it. But it is very unfortunate and unprofessional for such a big company to not treat their customer’s right and misleading them on every call they make towards getting the mattress exchanged. I tried calling them so many times and no response has been given to us positively whatsoever. Such behavior is unacceptable.
Purchased mattresses 78x36x5 from M/S Prakash enterprise,31
Tagore Villa, Dehradun on 05/02/2018.At the first instance
he supplied the mattresses of 78x35x5 which was returned
after one week. Second time he has supplied one mattress of
78x36x5 size and second mattress of 78x37x5 due to which it is creating problem and not fit in my bed size of 78×72. I have contacted the dealer a number of times but he has not
replaced the over size mattress.
