I am desperate to receive my refund. For 4 months I have been waiting. Order number – KAV100120069. I have tried and sent many messages. I have tried filling in the return bank details to find the bank has stopped it as they are trying to take money out.
Since January 6 2023. I ordered some stuff. I didn’t get my package yet. The tracking number is not working. I am very disappointed. I’m about to call my bank for cancelation.
Unfortunately I have to leave a message to warn you ladies of the very defective products they made. I bought a leather dress – on the side is a very hard zip and it hurts my body. I did email them and they said if it hurts me then I have to donate it to charity!!! Can you imagine how bad is the customer service ?
I have not received acknowledgement of my returns or any of my money refunded. I have tried to contact the firm by phone and email. The phone number is invalid and the email address says Unknown
This is not what I expect from Karen Millen. I won’t be using them again there was no paperwork inside the order bag to assist the return either. They make it difficult so you don’t return the items I feel.
I find it impossible to make contact with anyone in head office in Australia.
No tracking number supplied with my order and it I can’t make contact with anyone to find it out. Every extension I try says leave a message and I will get back to you.

Not good enough!
I placed an order with yourselves on the 21/07/17 for a dress Metalic A-line size 12 order number 60435157.
I received an E.mail saying it would be with me on the 25/07/17 then I got another message saying there would be a delay, not heard anythink since. The £265.00 has been taken out of my bank,the dress is needed for Friday 04/08/17 I have had to look for somethink else, so I would like the order cancelling please and the money put back into my account,i must say that the service has been very poor, and it would put me off ordering again.
I have bought a dress from Karen Millen , Oxford city centre in United Kingdom, and just 3 days later I took it to return and I was told they dont have money to return that day so I have to come back next week. When I go back next week they say that we still dont have money in store so you need to come back. When I told them I dont have this much time and resources to come back every few days.On my last trip they asked my phone number and email address and I was told I will receive a call from them and 3 days passed I have not received any call from them. It really is annoying that I paid them in cash I want my cash back. All they keep telling me they dont have money and come back later. If it does not get resolved then I would opt for legal path as they are denying my payment without any reason. I have their receipt with their signed note that we dont have money today come back again. They need to know that every single trip cost my time and finances. I lost all the respect I had for this brand.
Just to let you know what excellent staff you have in your Bath Store. So helpful and helped me without rushing me or leaving me to ‘get on’ with it. It was a pleasure to shop there and Brian gave me help with colours I could choose for accessories. Really charming staff.
