JustPark is a company that allows customers to pre-book parking space. Founded as ParkatmyHouse, the company was founded in the year 2006 and is headquartered at London, UK. The platform is used by more than one million customers to pre-book parking spaces via website or the official smartphone app. Users can easily search for parking spaces by inputting the area, and arriving and leaving time. You can reserve a space at over 40,000 spaces.
Users can sign into their account on JustPark to view their reservations or extend their booking. Through the app, you can also get smart notifications and get help with navigation via map. You can find parking spaces at stadiums, hospitals, government buildings, hotels and airports. Reservation of car parking spaces can be made using Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards. As for the cancellation policy, drivers can cancel before booking for a full refund. No refunds will be refund after the booking starts.

Two weeks after using the JustPark App I received a PCN. I was told by JustPark although we had a valid booking with them the only course of action was to appeal directly to the private parking enforcers as they had “NO working relationship” with them?!!! All the other comments here are correct it’s incredibly hard to speak to anyone & when you do they just can not help & say they will escalate for a call back but I have still never had one in 3 months of trying so far. I appealed to Smart Parking & lost. I also escalated appeal to POPLA & lost. The reason for the lost appeals was because JustPark, despite confirming booking & payment, did NOT actually pay or book the parking space with Smart Parking. Since the 20th September 2021 I have unsuccessfully continually escalated to JustPark to either pay the fine or prove booking was made but to this day they have failed to confirm & currently have left me with a £110 parking fine. The JustPark Customer Services team are currently failing to reply to any communications & will not transfer me to any complaints or legal teams. The company can NOT be trusted to book through the App. They also then actually leave you with the mess when they fail to provide the service they advertise.
Trying to contact and get a response from a human being at just park is harder than trying to contact the dead.
We rented out a parking space over 2 months ago, yet we are unable to withdraw our balance from our account, due to It problems within Just park we have numerous conversations with bots and on 1 occasion with a real human but the situation is still not resolved customer services are an anomaly that doesn’t seem to exist in real time,. Now we will proceed with Court action, if you want to be paid for your space go elsewhere.
This company have until Friday 5th October to refund me for double transaction. They do not respond to emails! They are quick to take money, not too quick when they have made an error.
