I ordered, and then received my cat palm on March 4th. Directions on watering are to water every 7-10 days, 2-3 cups of water and to be put in bright light. I have done both since I received my plant. Recently I’ve been getting some leaves turning yellow and I’m not sure why!
I purchased a second Kraus chair, while trying to enter a promo code somehow I accidently submitted for the purchase. I immediately cancelled the order and even selected the reason I cancelled the order (price too high). I then called to verify that my order was cancelled and I was told that the order was already in route and that I would have to call back to have it cancelled???? The order was not even processed in under a minute, and it cannot be “shipped already” as the telemarketer stated on the phone. Not sure if companies or induvial are taking advantage of customers due to the stalling economy, less consumer spending? Or if there ae less than desirable persons working for Joss and Main undermining customer service. This is a scam and I am very disappointed Joss and Main has such subpar consumer service occurring. Joss and Main has a lot of work to do to clean up their act. Very disappointed
Horrible customer service. Ordered on website promised by a certain day. Next day receive email saying 4 days later. Call customer service am promised original delivery day. 2 days later receive an email stating a longer delivery day. No accountability with customer service. They lie and hold up the money so I cant buy something else

I just wanted to inquire as to the status of my pending delivery and whether it will be delivered within my home. I paid for that option but last time my order was left outside my building. My current order is a bookshelf.

I am contacting you to inform you that the leather piece for this chair has a terrible odor. I assembled the chair and noticed the odor, but thought it would dissipate. I closed off the guest room that the chair is in and went back two days later and the entire room smelled of this odor. I cannot take a snapshot of an odor, so I tried to disassemble the chair to send it back and the metal pieces won’t come apart. It was painstaking to get them to go together as there was a lot of tension, which means the chair won’t just slip apart, but it has made it impractical if not impossible to ship back. What to do? I need your help on this one, but I can’t do the odor. Can you have someone in the area come and pick this up? I am open to suggestions, but the chair is just large enough assembled that it would take a very sizable box to ship it back as is.
Please advise and thank you for your prompt attention to my dilemma.

I was charged the wrong price on a promotional item. I don’t want to return the merchandise, but I cannot find a way to seek a price adjustment.

I received my order of 2 Gabriel chairs but there were no cushions. I ordered the color blue. The ad said that the chairs come with the cushions. Am still waiting for the cushions.
