Superb service from John Kewis staff in Southampton. Josh and Emma and staff on Microwave department were helpful, informative and polite. It was 100% service.
We visited the Oxford Branch to purchase a iPad last week, we asked if it was possible to copy the details from our current one to the new one. So on Monday we took both to the Technical and help counter that morning. A very nice and helpful young lad, George was very patient and explained what he could do but would have to leave it for an hour or so. When we went back to collect them George again went through it all for us. We were very impressed with how patient he was with us. So please be aware of his customer service pleasantness and helpfulness.
