About Jaguar
Jaguar was founded in England in 1922 as the Swallow Sidecar Company by Sir William Lyons, originally making motorcycle sidecars before developing passenger cars. However, the company was renamed multiple times in the due course of time, until it acquired its present day name of Jaguar. It is currently owned by Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC, a subsidiary of Indian automobile giant Tata Motors. Jaguar caters to predominantly the luxury cars market and is much admired across the world. Jaguar cars are currently designed in Jaguar Land Rover’s engineering centres at the Whitley plant in Coventry and at their Gaydon site in Warwickshire, and are manufactured in Jaguar’s Castle Bromwich assembly plant near Birmingham. The company also plans to roll it out models made in its manufacturing plant in Pune, and thus expand its presence in the Indian market.
Jaguar has garnered much acclaim for its most recent models, the XJ, XK and XF. In fact, the company made a recent delivery of the all new XJ model to the British Prime Minister. The company also holds royal warrants from Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. The Jaguar XF is a mid-size executive car, while the Jaguar XJ is a full-size luxury saloon and the Jaguar XK is a luxury grand tourer. Each car is aimed at specific segments of its niche luxury cars business. Some of the historic models including the XK120, Mark-5 and the E-Type have shaped the company’s journey over time.
The company is known foremost world over for its sensual style backed by its solid quality and powerful engines. Jaguar uses its own custom made engines. Safety and security features are also a key aspect of all its models including advanced braking, airbags and protective body shell. Some of the innovative external features of the new Jaguar models are panoramic roof, bi-function HID xenon headlamps, visual indicator for rear parking and chrome vents. Some internal features include phosphor blue halo illumination, heating steering wheels with integrated controls, stainless steel sill tread plates and trademark Jaguarsense.
The company has shown a dedication to environment preservation, with its first steps towards creating a luxury hybrid executive sedan, working along with Lotus Cars, MIRA Ltd and Caparo. Another notable piece of trivia on the company is its major successes in sports car racing, particularly in the Le Mans 24 Hours. Jaguar also competed in Formula 1 as Jaguar F1 but was later sold to the owner of Red Bull as company profits fell.

We regret to inform u that this year I m not satisfied with the service centre bcoz lot of reason but previous reason v ignore. This reason is not ignorable bcoz I sent my car for AC complain in last week but after keeping 36 hours no result found but assure for cooling oil replacement but when parts order and arrive they call us by giving estimate of 30/4K but when v sent car estimate will b 112 k. How it’s possible who will Bear this type of expenses. We agree we hold premium car but everything will b limit will b excptable but above limit no one can sustain,..
I seriously request u to kindly look into the matter very seriously and found solution bcoz we will not able to pay this amount.

I am really fed up of writing so many times, it was my fault that i preferred Jaguar car. Aceperkin (Pune Dealer/Service Station) are really hopeless. JLR is loosing its identity in India. JLR Made a big mistake by handing over the company to TATA’s. They are not maintaining the good will of JLR which they had previously.
I am facing many issues since i have purchase this car, and now i want all my money back i have paid since purchasing the car. I love my cars like anything, this is first time happening that i do not wish to take delivery of the car from service station and want my money back. Kindly provide me the Contact details with all the communication numbers and mail ids of highly authorised person from JLR who can take action, and any decision regarding the refund or replacement of car. I have written to many of them since yesterday and have given the ultimatum of 30 Days to take the decision and solve my problem OR ELSE I am going to Consumer Court and filing civil suit for harassing mentally, Not serving up to satisfaction of the customer, in fact not at all providing any service,For Refund of My Money with interest since i bought Jaguar XF, also for compensation for insulting and damaging my prestige directly/indirectly as car broke down second time in one week that too at Airport on Departure Way where people were taking photos and videos of the car. The car was cents of attraction for many of them who were smiling at the broke down imported car.
I have many evidences and points to blame the JLR,i am seriously regretting for buying such worthless car..
