Dear sir,
I am now trying to make a reservation 10/31 Firenze SMN(18:00 depature) to Milano Central(18:57 arrival) train thru Italo WEB site. I tried several times, however final moment after clicking “Pay Now” , payment did not complete and have not received any confirmaiton No. or e-mail yet. I am afraid that I have to pay 3-4 times train ticket. Could you confirm whether I have to bear those imcoplete process payment? I did not capture the seat number for the 1st time, but second time seats were coach 4 seat 5&6, third time coach 2 seat 5&6. If Italo charges me 3-4 times, Italo needs to cancel the payment since I have not received any ticket code.
Your quick response will be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Hiroko Sato(Ms)
