Ive returned item QUK02986023, but had no refund. Tried to ring them, the line is dead, tried to email them, it didn’t send. I’ve had confirmation they’ve received the item, but WHERE IS MY REFUND? Won’t buy from them again.
Exacty the same for me. Returned my items and confirmation receieved but still waiting for my refund to be processed. Appalling serivce – no phone number to contact and no reponse despite several emails. Will not be buying from DD again.
I am appalled with Dorothy Perkins & their (we have no record of you) each time I fill in the return order part. Yet they still took another order & are quick enough to take the money from my account. I ordered a blouse when I was unaware that this was going to happen when I’m trying to return jeans that don’t fit. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had & & I will never be buying from them ever again.
Ordered black Teddy coat however a cheap very thin nasty coat came and when phoned it says we are closed.
I have had the same experience as some of the above, returned item in April despite weekly e -mails requesting my refund, no acknowledgement or reply, also my order number coming up as not recognised in tracking. Also what sort of company does not have a customer service telephone no? Totally appalling customer service.
I purchased 2 items from Dorothy Perkins but they did not fit me so I sent them back. Two weeks letter I haven’t had confirmation that they haven’t even received them so I tried to phone customer services and they said that number is unavailable so I tried to email them and got some man asking about my phone details to open an account with some company . Told him I wasn’t interested but now they’ve send me a form to fill in despite ma saying I did not want to open an account and I cannot get onto their page again. The service is appalling

Returned an item to Dorothy Perkins in early April. No refund as yet. Hermes tracking does not show it was ever delivered to Dorothy Perkins. Cannot get through to Hermes as they pass you from pillar to post and phone number for Dorothy Perkins does not work. Help
I returned 4 items to Dorothy Perkins which I had ordered on line , I have only been refunded for 2 .this was over 5 weeks ago. Have sent 2 emails but have not had any reply. How do you get in touch with them?.

Why can’t I cancel my orders online. It is really weird and I would add this to your site. I have ordered something in two sizes so I can compare them and pick the one I think fits my body the best. I came to the understanding that I would have to pay over €10 in return fees. So I had decided to cancel this, but I don’t know through which channel. So I have emailed I have tried to call but no one is picking up. Please help I really don’t want to pay another €10 to return something.
Why do you not send returns labels with the order as in. This pandemic things are hard enough. I have an item to return but no labels and no access to a printer. Please help
As your Worthing store sadly closed today. I visited the concession dept in Debenhams to enquire about the ever popular eden jeggings and why I cannot find any in 16 or 18 long in store or on line. The assistants in there didn’t even know what I was talking about. Had never heard of Eden jeggings. Have they been discontinued? Surely not? Please advise. Thank you.
