Terrible quality and awful customer service. Automated replies and then pointless emails requesting what has already been provided. I have sent images and my billing address, order number, emails etc 3x now and still waiting for someone to do something useful.
Still waiting for a refund after weeks and now worried about sending my next parcel for a refund!! Where is your customer service? No email reply, no nothing. Will never be shopping here again.
I really whish I had read this before I had ordered so much stuff from a company. I brought my daughters clothes for xmas £290 and when they came lots of items was missing…after 30 plus emails and the help of resolve I’ve done 4 docsigns and it’s like the company’s customer service don’t care and do not read notes. Every reply is either automated or requesting the same things you have done many times. Then they go on to say “haven’t heard from you” so going to close case.
I ordered a 2 piece lounge set from their website for a Christmas present for my mother. I only received one piece of the lounge set (the hoodie). It’s missing the bottom part. I have emailed before Christmas for the mattwr to be resolved, to no avail and have got no response. Even though they claim to get back to people within 24 hours. I have since emailed them twice and still no response.
Still waiting on a refund three weeks later. I’ve messaged them on messenger 4 times and numerous emails to no avails. What a scam company. Now looking to seek advice. Fuming isn’t the word.
AVOID this company!!! Ordered a pair of leggings put them on and they fell down, took off and realised the waist band was snapped inside. Won’t send me a refund as I tried them on.
Terrible company! I won’t be ordering from them again. Returned my item and not received a refund. The service is rubbish, I keep sending emails and asking for my refund and get no response! I won’t be shopping from them again….
I have been waiting for a refund since I returned items on the 18th September. I have emailed a number of time and each time I received an email asking me to wait 21 days I’m sure you can see its been a lot longer than 21 days.
I recieved the coat, wore it twice, the lining ripped in 2 places, want a full refund!? Badly made, sent numerous emails have heard nothing, won’t be ordering again unless I hear anything ?

Placed order on the 24th for 7 items, only 4 items arrived in one parcel. Sent emails to customer advising missing 3 items but still had no response other than auto email reply
Placed my order on 30th june you took my money. Order no 26054297359. As of 16th july no goods received. Sent 3 emails to resolver your online help contact still no goods no resolution no refund.
I want a refund of my money.
Read lots of complaints about your company and have to agree you are ripping people off taking their money and not supplying the goods.
Cant speak to anyone at your company, cant get a response, fobbed off with your automated email response once a customer raises a complaint.
Once I get my refund I will never again buy from your company.

I saw it first are a scam company. They take money for your online order and you never receive it. Don’t bother complaining either. It will get you know where and will be a total waist of time. I’ve read thousands of reviews all saying the same thing. Yet the company still have a website and are continuing to rob people of there hard earned money and nobody does a thing about it
