Your customer care is utter rubbish. My iRoomba is not 18 months old and today I tried to access help from you for a second (different) fault; the first problem arose after less than 6 months and I managed with guesswork, no thanks to the instructions or any advice, to figure out how to fix it.
When the re-boot (as in your instructions) didn’t sort today’s problem, next I tried the app. It was difficult to install and would only work with Bluetooth and wouldn’t ‘speak’ with my phone. So I tried the website – page ‘wasn’t recognised’. So remembering how tortuous a call was with the first fault I reluctantly called the UK help number.
On the second attempt I got through to a queue; there was an auto interjection after just a few minutes advising of the wait time – which started at 2 minutes and progressed incrementally until I was being told the wait time was 35 minutes. Eventually after 40+ minutes a guy picked up – and then apparently couldn’t hear me – so he hung up and didn’t call back.
