Ordered a 2022 qx60 in August, left deposit was told by Dealer, (Sewell) it would be there in October or November, then December, NOW I,m told February or March. I know the car is built according to dealers, but when it comes in nobody knows. Been patient, but wearing thin. May start looking at other cars.
I purchased an Infiniti QX70 Ultimate as new in November 2016 and for the following 3 years had the vehicle serviced by Vertu at Newcastle upon Tyne. Mileage to date 26000.
This week the battery failed due to lack of electrolyte – today spoke to Ventu service manager who was unaware that a maintenance free battery had not been fitted during build and as such they bear no responsibility.
This is a sad reflection of what otherwise is an excellent car. I trust that you can arrange to replace the battery free of charge.
Kind regards
I purchased my 2017 QX60 Infinity on January 3, 2018. It was not until 3 month later that I realized that the car had many problems.
1. The axel and steering wheel: The steering wheel did not have the sterling pin and as a result the steering wheel felt stiff and very hard to maneuver while driving the car.
2. The acceleration is not as responsive therefore forcing the driver to press the pedal firmly before accelerating.
These irregularities with the car should have been addressed before it was put on display for sale. For both problems, I had to notice it and file a claim with the dealership.
This is absolutely unacceptable as Infiniti did not even contact me about these problem but only when I brought it to the dealership it was addressed.
If you had these problems in the beginning, you should have recalled it or taken appropriate actions against it.
I want to ask Infiniti, a luxury brand car company to address this issue and provide some kind of compensation for the defaults in the car.
Thank you.
Best regards,
